I had a very bad experience buying…

I had a very bad experience buying tickets from the official ticket center, I do not recommend buying from them. I purchased my E-tickets online for the Aquatica water park from the official ticket center and I got a confirmation email which stated that I would be getting a second email with my E-tickets. Anyway, long story short the day that my family and I had chosen to go to the park came and I still didn’t get any emails with my E-tickets so I decided to call their office as soon as they opened and I was told that I had to go in person to pick up my tickets. I get to their local office and the employees asked me for the confirmation number, I give it to them and they seemed confused and were very rude and unprofessional they told me they couldn’t locate my tickets after they had just told me over the phone that they had checked on their system and that they had them. Anyway, I was sent back and forth to different locations and no one knew why I hadn’t gotten the second email or where I could pick up my tickets. I ended up having to call their customer service and after a long wait on the phone, I was finally able to get a refund. It is not worth the discount, it was very frustrating and time consuming. After that experience I went to the official Aquatica’s website and I got the tickets right there and then no need for all this trouble.

Mediocre service

Mediocre service, even worse identity verification. 0/10 will NEVER use again. They replied also btw. Funny how I can pass a security clearance for the US GOVT. but not to purchase tickets.

Never received tickets and when I called in two days later they still said it was processing but then next day cancelled. As soon as they new they couldn’t get them should of refunded my money or cancelled transaction

Frustration with lack of customer service

Chat not able to answer my question so I was told to call. Operator when I called gave questionable info. I ordered anyway after checking info elsewhere. Order acknowledgement email said I'd get order status email in 24 hours. Did not happen. Called on a Saturday and message says they are open saturdays but message also says please call during our open hours. Frustrating.

didn't have my tickets even though their website portrayed they did. If disney is closed and not allowing ticket sales shut your site down, its the right thing to do.

Excellent experience - Authentic and easy to use

Excellent experience. Purchased multi day passes to Disney World. Will call number was emailed within 24 hours. Easily entered in My Disney Experience and linked to my family members for use. If you don’t have Magic Bands, you will need to stop by their offices to pick up the RFID passes but we have the bands so we’re good to go (well, if WDW reopens...).

Customer service, empathy lacking. You should make it right!

Lower prices means lower customer service. I purchased 3 tickets to disney for my kids to go to disney in April for a week. Covid hurt everybody so while I understand our industry is affected, it shouldn't mean lack in the service that we still do provide.Due to Covid19 disney closed indefinetly a week before our trip. I spoke with Disney and they have been more than accomodating. They canceled my Wife and my ticket with no issues and emailed Official Ticket Center with instructions to issue a refund for my childrens tickets. Official Ticket Center refused to look into the email for me when I contacted them over the phone and the representative I was speaking with Lyvia also refuse to escalate or get me voicemail for a manager. She only would repeat no refund for tickets.I explained my wife and I own a travel agency, my income has been highly effected and that I am unable to plan another trip this year or think about a trip next year under current conditions. The would not accept that disney was giving authorization to issue my refund under these conditions and all they had to do was contact disney to initialize it. I contacted Disney back and explained my experience. I spoke with coordinator for ticket servicing and they provided me time of email and name from who the email would arrive under. They advised to give it 24 hours and then contact TOTC back. I contacted TOTC after 24 hours this time via chat. The representative then advised me I would have to email management at the normal customer_service at officialticketcenter.com email. I followed her instructions sent an email and it has now been a week with no response or even acknowledgement that email has been received.Here I am now having a nightmare of an experience and came across an invitation to leave a review while searching for my previous communications with TOTC. Official Ticket Center policy states no refunds. That is under the condition that I purchase a product or service and you provide the service or product but I can no longer use or don't want the service. In this situation I was never provided my service and am being forced to come to terms with something that was never a part of our initial agreement. I am unable to provide any sort of recommendation under my current experience. Disney did confirm tickets to be valid and they were cheaper but my experience so far has been anything but stellar and I have concerns about a company that will keep your money when they didn't provide you service.

Our March trip was canceled

Our March trip was canceled. My daughter is a nurse in NJ and we are not going to be able to go to Disney before December 15th. After December 15th Disney says that they would apply the value of the tickets to the purchase of a new ticket but that only works if you bought the tickets directly from Disney. I tried to get a refund or credit for further use through e-mails and live chat. The "live chat" person told me they would get back to me but it did not happen nor did they answer my e-mail. Their tickets are valid but customer service is very bad.05/14/2020 Still waiting for someone to contact me .....05/21/2020 Today I received a full refund

First time user, will definitely use again

We bought Universal tickets from this site. They were cheaper than it would have been to buy at Universal. I did notice that the price quoted from this site was cheaper when I waited to get them until several days before I needed them, rather than buying them more in advance. One thing to note is that the website says it takes 12 BUSINESS hours for you to get your tickets emailed. So I don’t think this includes weekends or night hours. This was not a problem at all for me as I got them in less than 12 business hours but just something to make note of. We were able to print our tickets from home and go directly to the turnstiles at Universal without any problem at all. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Great response to unfortunate situation!

Unfortunately due to the circumstances we are all under at the present time, we were unable to use the Disney and Universal tickets we purchased from The Official Ticket Center (TOTC). I place a call yesterday, to ask about a refund. I got straight through and the TOTC sales person promptly advised that my request would go to the appropriate team for processing. I received a mail today to confirm that refund is underway. This is a great relief. Thanks Team for the understanding and excellent client service. I hope to have an opportunity to work with you again in the future.RegardsVince Long

Full refund received!

I purchased UO tickets but had to cancel my Orlando trip bc of this pandemic. Although the wait was long, they made sure I got my refund. OTC sent my full refund back to my credit card. Thank you so much for adjusting your refund policy during this uncertain time. I’ll be back to purchase once this situation calms.

All I want is the refund.

I Certainly understand the seriousness of this virus. I ordered my ticket being a Florida resident and expected to get my ticket. No I have to go to some ticket center. I am a senior who was going to join my family who was flying in for the Disney cruise and I was going to join them for a day at the park. Well the cruise got canceled and the did not fly in to go to the park. With everything snowballing I cannot get thru the line to cancel my ticket. I held for three hours and then a message came on they were closed for the day. I do hope you will refund my ticket. I know you are doing the best you can under these difficult circumstances.
