Needed mounting hardware for a super old Giant Reign XO rear shock. The guys went out of their way to check and make sure that they were producing the right thing first time. DIfficult when sizes are no longer listed anywhere.Quick delivery, perfect fit, cheaper than the official kit. Couldn't ask for more.
Although I ended up not requiring the services of 'Offset Bushings' the guys there where fantastic. I placed an order for standard bushings for my Trance X 3 so I could swap out the older Fox for a much higher spec Rockshox and they immediately noticed that I wouldn't need any bushings as it would be a straight swap. So they essentially talked themselves out of £35 to help me out 5/5 service. Thanks again.
Excellent customer service and product. The support team were immediately on hand to help me purchase the right item, and even guide the fitting process.Once ordered, the bushings arrived next day and you can definitely notice the difference!
I ordered a pair of bushes.One standard, one with 2mm offset.(They were the only one offering 2mm offset instead of 1.5 mm)First they arrived in 3 weeks in the EU (offsetbushings.com claims on their website it‘s just 5 days shipment to EU)When they arrived I measured them and it‘s only 1.5mm offset instead of 2mm.I claimed that, but no reply anymore.Seems like the customer service is only fast as soon as you have not yet payed your order….Additionally the site is claiming that the offset bushes have no influence on the bikes travel, which is also not true for 95% off all mountainbikes which have a progressive rear suspension design.It‘s common to lose about 5mm of travel using 4mm offset on the bushes.EDIT:After i made my review, offset bushings contacted me and sent a free bushing according to my need with 1mm offset.
Great customer service, fastest response I've ever had from a company.I ordered a standard bushing for a canyon torque and was sent a offset one by mistake.They had the correct bushing sent out same day despite my email being at 4pm.Highly recommend!
