Very pleased with the service
Very pleased with the service, prices and selection. I tried the curated introdury box of reds and was so pleased with one...an Aussie Shiraz that I ordereda case. I'm looking forward to exploring the remaining wines.

Quality Wine at a Good Price
I was amazed over how many bottles of great wine I received on my first order. Friends and family helped me sample them over the holidays.The only issue that I had was with the FedEx delivery driver who falsified his attempt to deliver when I was home.

Over sell and send you things you didn’t order w/o telling you up front. But after the fact when you get the shipment. Often several delays.

I love the international aspect
I've never had a wine subscription or membership before. I was a bit hesitant to sign up for this one. However, I am really enjoying it. The most enjoyable aspect of the Omaha Steaks Wine subscription is receiving wines from different areas of the world. I love the variety.

I haven't tried them all yet, but so far I've liked everything a lot. I would have never explored the different varieties on my own , but your picks have been spot on for me. I'm so glad I jumped into this aspect of Omaha. True to form, the quality is excellent.

After several calls to end this club…
After several calls to end this club membership, I continue to receive bills and letters with threats of collections. I WAS TOLD MONTHS AGO AND AGAIN TODAY, that the issue was cleared with billing and I have NO OUTSTANDING BALANCE. That's sounds nice, but the billing continues. Further, it should be known that I have paid all bills in full for all wines delivered. The phone rep acknowledged that the billing issue had been already resolved. However, she refused to send me any type of written confirmation. Further, her supervisor Natasha refused to speak with me. Despite my efforts to end this foolishness calmly, I'm forced to respond in the only way that POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE can be handled....and that's with a negative review. YOU lost me as a customer. I am currently a member of (2) other wine clubs (Naked Wines and laithwaites) without any issues.

Love the cabernet
Love the cabernet. My fave is drawbridge. My issue is that I ordered the holiday special and I was supposed to get the free universal tumblers and I did not get them.

This is our second order
This is our second order. Bubbly this time and they look great. I just opened and tasted a really wonderful wine. Assemblage. Great legs! So smooth for a Syrah Malbec blend.
