Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service as I have been trying to get a refund for the last six months for some knobs I ordered but never received. I have called, emailed, and used the chat function, but received no response. I contacted the BBB, but they also had no luck getting a response. I think they may have gone out of business, as they haven't updated any of their social media accounts for a few months now.
