I can't even give 1 star to this Omnihear hearing aid Co.Beware when buying online Omnihear hearing aids.I saw the advertisement of this Omnihear hearing aid on a Friday 7th Feb 2026 for € 112.99 & bought it. But after I touched the pay button, the total amount automatically changed to € 128.93. There was no way to cancel it on the website itself. I emailed their support address hardly minutes after seeing this €128.93. Their instant answer: "Sorry unable to cancel. Your order is ready for despatch." Their terms & conditions on Cancellation of the order stated:2.1. The customer has the right to cancel the order within 12 hours if the order was not shipped prior the cancellation was made. My asking for cancellation was only minutes & on the same day, after I saw their exagerated total price of €128.93 instead of €112.99. Next day, Saturday, 8th Feb, their email stated:"Your order has been shipped". But, it was not, as there was no tracking information sent to me on a Saturday! I received the tracking message on Monday, 9th Feb. shipper's name: YANWEN.There goes dozens of emails fr. different names of 10 people with verbal fencing, trying to convince me to keep their hearing aid starting fr. day one (7th Feb) till they refunded my money on the 24th Feb. It was stressful & mental exhaustion going thro' with this stubborn Omnihear Co. which did not follow their own terms & conditions of customer rights. All they want is robbing customers' monies. By the way, there is no Omnihear brand name on the hearing aid box nor on the hearing aids itself. Their product was shipped from China.
