Run Away 🏃🏻♂️ Professional Scammers
I was stolen 468.64 USD was remaining in my account and been stolen with unrecognized transaction "Apr 25 7608448 Uncategorized -$468.64" and its been almost 1 year and the non-professional non-honest support team give me 0 support. closing phone calls on me while I am speaking politely and ending online chats in middle without notifying. Really untrusted company. save your money and use all other services than this one.

Onepay Walmart Spend card promotion
The Onepay Walmart Spend card sign up is ridiculous. I applied and was told I'd been given a $500 line of credit. I was also given a sign up promotion that if I spent $75 the first month they'd give me $35 cashback. As soon as I hit the $75 amount my account was closed. Did I need the stupid card? No. The $500 wasn't even going to boost my total credit limit worth anything. Lesson learned, don't sign up for an easy cashback promo. You'll just end up with a closed account, no cashback, and a new inquiry on your credit report for nothing. Don't offer sign up promotions if you're just going to close the account and not honor the promotion.

OnePay is a great money platform!
OnePay is a great platform to receive your pay, manage money, and use the debit card to spend anywhere that you want. I have been using them for a long time and I've never had a problem with them, they are fast, easy, and their app is well designed. Now you can even buy stocks and crypto on it too!

How can this be legal??
I thought I would try the Walmart Plus free trial. Did I check Yes when they offered OnePay as a Walmart perk? I don’t think so. It's not like I need another credit card or etc. Or did they just sign me up for OnePay without my even asking? Anyway, next thing I know, I am inundated with OnePay promotional stuff... emails, texts, plastic cards in the mail, even a $10 check. Then I quit Walmart Plus for too much hard-sell. I thought the OnePay stuff would end too. No Way! It was worse than ever! So I started trying to demand that they specifically delete my account. Guess what I received? "Important Information About Your OnePay Account… legal blah blah blah… “therefore we cannot fulfill your rights request”… “We will retain your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy”. ie THEY REFUSE TO DELETE MY INFORMATION!!! SHOCKING!!! They continued to send me "statements", etc etc. There was no option given anywhere to unsubscribe, quit my account, or etc.I wrote to the link they give in their response, below. It bounced!! It's an "unmonitored mailbox"!!! So I started a chat, and with much trouble, reached someone in India, who at least said they would "escalate" my request. A simple "Please close this account" causes such a hassle. We'll see if they do it.

transfer issue, support was no help
i was trying to move money into my account and it kept giving me an error when i knew the money was in another bank account, and now im at my monthly transfer limit without the money in my onepay. support was absolutely no help and just said wait a few hours and try again rather than actually providing a solution or looking into it. probably going to stop using this is the support is little to no help when i need it.

When it comes to Spark there has never been any issues, but once I accepted the builder card the problems began the first day! I have been doing instant transfers (which costs) with the OnePay debit and other financial entities with no issues, tried it with the builder account and the money is pending! The app says my money is pending 1-2 days customer service says 4 days! They need to stop trying to be like Chime because OnePay missed the mark terribly! Also, customer service reps are clueless and useless!

Onepay card stole my money
I was gifted funds on a Onepay card. I do not want to provide my social security number to activate my card. I called the customer service number. They told me I have the right to use the card in a limited capacity (not linked to an account) without providing my SS#, which is fine. There is no mechanism on the website or app to avoid putting in my SS#. I went through many interations including sending a screenshot of their webpage that does not have an option at the SS# stage. They told me the tech team would email me with a solution. They did not. I called again. I talked to some person "named" Naia. She told me she would ask the tech folks to respond. I guess the previous customer service person must be incompetent... I asked for an employee number or some way to file a compliant. She hung up on me. So far, they have a lot of my personal information and my money. They have lied to me and stolen my gift. DO NOT USE THIS CARD!

Worst experience of my life! They are lying thieves
Worst experience of my life!! I got gas, there was a hold they sent a fraud message and asked me if I spent *100* dollars for gas. I said no They instead of calling or anything LOCKED MY CARD froze my money and completely restricted me canceling my card. I was 7 hours into a 10 hour car ride, they canceled the card I needed for check in which totally messed me all up on top of that taking all the money I had in the account leaving me practically stranded in I had no one to call. From last Saturday when this started to now the 28th of next Saturday my issues have still not been resolved, the hold is still not off my account. I’ve been told lies everyday, the money will be back, wait until the 27th, “ rest assured you’ll have it tomorrow”. Tomorrow comes and guess what I don’t have… I message them again just wait until 1159 at the 27th and it will be there. Now it’s 12:34 and it’s still not here, no resolution no money just lies and inconvenience. I bet you a dollar (whenever them thieving bastards give me my phuckin money) they are gunna tell me they are gunna have to file some type of dispute and have me waiting 7 days or something and I still won’t have my money. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE

I got ripped off. Paid $40 plus the card fee at Walmart. Money never loaded. And now I can’t find receipt. Beware of this scam card. Would never use them again.

Highly recommend the Debit card 🌟
OnePay you may want separate categories (debit/credit/etc.) for your reviews. I am a Spark driver with the OnePay debit card that’s for the sole purpose of instant payouts for my deliveries. I also use the OnePay app and I’ve never had a single issue, I appreciate the mini cash back bonuses. I started receiving my instant payouts in December of last year and it’s been great 😊

I feel like I've been treated unfairly and I don't understand why they are not trying to help me I've never had any thing like this happen before I don't recommend using this app unless you just like dealing with bad banking apps and being scammed I suggest chime or any other app but this one

Absolute worst company ever and even worse service
Absolute worst customer service ever. Company closed my account with no explanation whatsoever and remaining funds have been held up for weeks. Please stay clear of this company and go elsewhere. Already contacted customer service along with a supervisor. Absolute waste of time for no answers.

Sketchy Company
Sketchy company. Not sure why Walmart is associated with them. Poor customer service and unable to speak with a live representative. Customer service" responses are canned responses and they are quick end chat if you ask further questions. Points expire quickly. Rules and regulations are hidden and change without notification.
