Ive changed the review from 2 to 4 stars because it is a great product and the guy behind it is keeping his word.Thank you for a great product._________________________________________________Dear Oomo.It was too good to be true. They worked fine for a few weeks and I was so glad I bought them. Out of nowhere the amplitude on the left earphone drops about 50 percent. I wrote to Oomo (using their website) about my situation. Here 10 days after still no answer except for the auto reply. So now they are just completely useless.That is first of all not acceptable in this price range for a headset and second its just poor customer service.No I unfortunately cant recommend them to anyone.
