The REPS are great to talk to and very helpful. I just get soooo many emails about appointments (when I have made appointments) and med refills (when I have refilled meds. It confuses me on whether or not its accurate and should I repeat.

Open Loop Health - Very poor customer service
I've left several messages asking for a leader to contact me regarding my experience with Open Loop Health. I was told a leader would return my call however to date nobody has reached out to me. My original call was on 12/22/25. I've made several calls since. Now I'm being told they have asked the pharmacy who dispensed the medications to reach out to me instead of someone from Open Loop contacting me. All around poor customer service with this company.

The incessant emails about the coaching are very annoying. Some of us don’t need coaching. We’ve just switched from another company and know how to use our medication and how to regulate our weight. Please look into not sending those emails when you are told a patient DOES NOT WANT COACHING.

SCAM AVOID THIS COMPANY
This company is connected with Admired.com . I requested a televist. I was called by a spam number and someone left a message regarding questions about my request. I immediately called back and was told I was denied. I never once spoke to any doctor, nurse or medical professional. The terms and agreement states you will have a conversation or consultation with a medical professional. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! You put your information in, they charge you $40 and deny you. you never speak to any type of health, professional via a chat or phone or anything.
