Trying to get a hold of customer…
Trying to get a hold of customer service to claim a battery warranty (confirmed with manufacturer and was advised to go back to retailer it was purchased from). Returned emails and haven't been able to get a hold of anyone. Website appears to be working. Seems a little shady to me....

Wow! that was fast..
Wow, what a great deal, not to mention free shipping! This place is a gem and their customer service is awesome. Before my order was shipped they emailed making sure I had ordered the right catalytic converter for the engine family of my Mazda. Most places will not do this. Which sucks because it is very important that you purchase a cat that matches your engine family or else you won't pass the smog. Well that wasn't a problem for me thanks to oscaroparts.com.

High Quality Parts, Fast!

great prices usually cheaper (parts+shipping) than other sites. great customer support i returned a part that i didn't end up using after five months they even paid for the return label.

A for Effort
These folks are trying, but have had an 80% error/failure rate of the half dozen orders placed. They will readily address issues, but that doesn't help me when I'm under my car and am trying to put in a defective part and don't get that I ordered in the first place.

very good customer service, I ordered a replacement brake light switch for my truck and it turned out to be defective, I e-mailed them and they sent a replacement out right away, no charge.
