I ordered 4 paintings 2 months ago and…
Not delivered. I ordered 4 paintings 2 months ago and have been charged for them. One was custom art piece and my total is over $1500. I can not get ahold of anyone and the phone number is bogus. Is this company a scam? Going to cancel the payments if i dont hear back soon.

still waiting for for painting and customer service response
Ordered painting last month, was charged for it 4 days after order was placed. -I recently checked my account for the order status and it shows cancelled, but my $$ has not been refunded. -I emailed twice and received no answer yet I still receive emails requesting I purchase an item that's sitting in my cart. -I tried calling 1-866-686-1888 several times and the call never connects. -I clicked on LiveChat and nothing happens or connects. -When I click the link provided on my email confirmation it brings me to a page that says Disabled Link. Based on the this experience I do not recommend overstockArt.com.

Could be a scam
I ordered a painting and have not received it. What upsets me is that the phone number is no good, no one answers. Also, no one has answered my e-mail. I’m hoping I haven’t gotten scammed but when you can’t reach anyone by phone and no reply from e-mail I’m not optimistic. You should be able to contact a so called “reputable “ company.

So unfortunate since I have ordered and received some beautiful artwork from them..This is an update, wrote this same review on their website, it was deleted, so unfortunate.

BAD BUSINESS..I received the wrong painting and want to return or exchange it
I received the wrong painting and have tried daily to contact their customer service department at (866)686-1888. It goes to extension 228 and no one answers or returns calls. In addition I have sent daily emails to their customer service department at info at overstockart dot com with an auto response that a customer representative will be in touch with me. Its been 4 days and no one has called or emailed. This is an update.. it has now been over 20 days, when I call the number I am first in line and then hung up on. They are going to a lot of trouble for a business that is not legit anymore.

2 paintings 1 Breathtaking and 1 Sub Par
3 notes: 1. The box comes with a massive logo that clearly says what’s inside which is horrible for any gifts. A blank box option would have been great. 2. One of the paintings is phenomenal 1000% worth the money. The second painting looks like a 10 year old did a paint by numbers. The paint is so thin you can see the canvas in places. More quality review before sending would be great. 3. Really just want to emphasize how awesome the one painting is. When this is done right it’s completely worth every penny. BUT I have no confidence in what type of painting I am going to get.

Great art and frames, and I love that your art and frames are easily interchangeable! I recently purchased a different frame for beloved piece of your art, for something different. The frame was shipped quickly and it was easy to undo old frame and put the art in new frame!
