Have attempted to contact customer service about order made last month. They just send an automatic reply saying they’d get back to you in 3 days and never do. Really disappointed in the service and would like a refund. Do not buy from this company
I’m with these past reviews. Made an order then immediately regretted it and asked to cancel. Days later they said no. It arrived, doesn’t look as pictured, and is def not worth the money..
Great items. My pet loves his stroller
Sent me wrong product and was told they were going to ship out the correct one right away. It has almost been a month and nothing yet. I can no longer connect the company and I never received a refund.
Slow slow slow no communication no updates.you know you run a business right.Customer satisfaction or communication would be acceptable but purchase here and it's good luck .I had to chase to get an update .I did get sent a voucher for future purchases which I will not spend.I try to buy from an Australian store more expensive but support for business.Your business is not good your business is your customers.I will not buy from here again.
