Excellent customer service!
It was a pleasure working with both Angela and Nicole. I started the PPP process on Monday, and then another application for a second business on Tuesday. With some help with Pango, the apps were complete and we qualified for both loans on Friday! I sincerely hope we can work with them in the future.

My experience with Pango Financial was very pleasant and professional! I spoke to a very kind and patient representative, Nicole Foley, who was knowledgeable in providing the information that I needed to complete the borrower application form for the Payroll Protection Program. She did an outstanding job of helping me to complete the loan form to submit to my bank, WSFS. I am president of a non-profit organization located in Camden, NJ and I greatly appreciate the help that was facilitated through Pango Financial and its dedicated employee.

Pango made the process simple
Pango made the process simple, streamlined and they were available for questions, and they were friendly. The entire process took one week from intro to having money in my account. I know this was not the norm! Thank you for your help. I would highly recommend anyone gong forward to use your service. WSFS Bank is an outstanding Bank so it didn't surprise me that they would partner with a group like Pango!
