On November 3rd

On November 3rd, I ordered a grilled chicken kebab with jasmine rice and salad. I also ordered a lentil soup to go. I ate that food 7:00 pm and around 10:00 pm I got food poisoning . I was miserable with vomit and diarrhea. I honestly didn't think I could make it to the morning. My stomach was upset for weeks. I wanted to call them and tell them but by the time I felt better, it was too late.I am writing this just to let everyone know of what happened to me. Pamela Beaulieu

Consistently tasty food

Panini Kabob has been a fantastic option for us when we feel like indulging but not too indulging. The food is consistently good most of the time. The grilled items do get CHARRED (like charcoal charred) when they get busy, and we have to keep cutting off the charred ends and skins off of the food to make it edible. Other than that, I highly recommend it!

Smaller portions

We have dined at Panini for the last 3 years and lately every time we receive our take out order, the portions keep getting smaller and smaller. We just picked up from the Genesse location and it was totally ridiculous compared to a year ago. Their special apparently are not special, just lower prices for much smaller portions. So don’t be fooled by their online specials!!! Unhappy customer

Dont recommend catering

The flavor and service is amazing however, catering I would not recommend. We placed a large order for a bridal shower and a little before the event started they called to say they could not fulfill the order and had to transfer it to another restaurant. We had to pay the new restaurant and wait for the refund that lasted about a week from the original restaurant.The other location was 3-4 cities away and it threw our whole timeline off. There wasn’t really an apology or anything done And everybody was super stressed ontop of the financial burden. I understand unforeseen things happen however, management should do something to make sure the customer at least is happy after having to deal with so many inconveniences. The person that was picking up food was coming from Buena Park and had to now pick up from long beach then deliver back to Downey.

VIVIANA IS YOUR GOLD STAR AT THE…

VIVIANA IS YOUR GOLD STAR AT THE WOODLAND HILLS LOCATION!!!!! If this review is solely based on Viviana this would be a five-star review without a doubt however everyone else there brought it to a one star and that's only because you have to put a star to leave a review. To be honest with you most of the staff there was horrible I would ask for things and they would act like I didn't exist. I also asked for my food to be well done every time I go there and every time without fail they have to cook my food and waste another half an hour of my time because for some reason the chefs have no idea what well done means which is very annoying and aggravating considering I tip well and I'm a guest so I should be listened to when I tell them WELL DONE!!!!! The only highlight was a server named VIVIANA at the Woodland Hills location that actually when above and beyond to help me because she saw that I was troubled I wasn't addressing her but she could see that I was troubled and she went above and beyond to help me and that is incredible quality to have and may I add see she was busier than anybody else there. She sincerely took her time to help out with questions that I had, things that I needed while the person that took the to go order was telling me to hold on because she was busy doing something else while the dressings that I ordered and paid for we're leaking in a bag and I was asking for extra bag and she couldn't take a second to give me an extra bag which I think is unbelievably rude and the way she acted from taking my order and her demeanor in general was extremely rude, making it seem as if I was annoying her by asking for my food well done when I'm paying for it so I should get the way I want it so I thought that was utterly ridiculous. I don't remember her name because she wasn't worth remembering however she was pale, thin and I believe Russian... not sure but she was very rude also the woman expeditor ignored me another server ignored me the only person that actually helped me out as I mentioned was Viviana and she should get a gold star because she was busier than anybody else there and she took the time to actually help me and that's something that should be applauded and praised she had most restaurant to herself and she was smiling and wasn't even breaking a sweat or stressing out over any of it, as I mentioned busier than anybody else there and helped me more than anybody else there. Anyway I know it's a long review but I think you guys need to know the stars that you have there and the people that take away from your business I would want to know the stars that work for me and I go above and beyond to find out.

Atrocious terrible food

Atrocious terrible food. Unhygienicly prepared. I sent messages to the customer service they just send me back a automated voicemail. Overcharged and fraudulently charged our credit card. Poor customer service.
