Paper craft world is AWESOME!!

I started papercrafting with templates I found in Barcelona, but ordering from Papercraft World was a game-changer. The paper quality, larger templates, and precise scoring/cutting are far superior. My order arrived quickly, at a fair price, and the service was excellent. I’m thrilled to be making unique gifts for friends and family — highly recommend!

Elephant head: A wonderful distraction.

I needed a distraction and randomly picked up the elephant head wall art at a local art store. The product was very well designed. This one took a lot of patience, but came out very well. At least at the "challenging" level this is not something you do fast which was perfect for me. Reading tab numbers was a challenge at times. A bit bigger print and brighter ink would be helpful. The practice heart that came with it was a very helpful introduction. Advice for first timers, indeed tacky glue is the way to go. I used left over paper from the punch outs to cut disposable paddles for evenly spreading glue. Pay attention to the corners and line up carefully when gluing. I found curved tweezers and bull clips to be helpful (but not necessary) at times. A great product.

Good models, but sent the wrong one this time

I have ordered from them three separate times. I love the models. How they look. Putting them together. But recently I ordered a second Pumpkin Mask because they were having a sale on Halloween items and the mask I received the pieces for is clearly a product not listed on their site and far inferior to the one I ordered last time. I am not sure if perhaps they ran out of the original and used that as an alternative but if so it's false advertising as what I ordered was not what I received. I have emailed them but in two days have had no reply. Hoping maybe they will reach out here.Update: They reached out and returned my payment for the mask and did not ask for the incorrect model back.

The paper quality and how fun and simple it was to build the dragon really surprised me. Our entryway wall looks amazing with it there. In the near future, I'll unquestionably construct another of your models.

These were the simplest to construct

These were the simplest to construct, but it was very satisfying to see the finished result. The paper and the exact cuts and creases make the construction very simple as usual.

Said it would deliver in 2-3 days took…

Said it would deliver in 2-3 days took 21days. And told me because I got it 2 days before Halloween I should be happy. But it takes days to assemble. Horrible

No product, no refund

Purchased item as a gift and after over a month of no delivery, I contacted the company. Following the investigation, it was determined the item was lost in transit. Being that the gift was no longer needed, I simply asked for a monetary refund and was told that is not their store policy and no refund would be issued. Will never use again.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

bad start. good product

not sure if this company really exists. waiting nearly two months now. and not sure if tracking is maybe fake. since 4 weeks in spanish customs? really doubt it. and contacted several times and no feedback.now after more than 8 weeks received my order. means company exists. and yes product is cool. paying additional tax is not fun. so maybe should open a brauch in Europe also. would then also go faster. but product is really cool.

I am hoping by posting a bad review it will get someone in the company to answer my phone message or to give me an answer as to where my order is from Nov 27. I have reached out but crickets. I also have an order in my cart of over $200, I had problems with shipping qualified for free shipping charged me $98. Tried to get it fixed and didn't get a response and then once they figured it the sake was over and won't let me use my code. I was also offers a discount in Dec for my order since they couldn't find it and never received that either. This is so sad, disappointing, and frustrating. I have loved this company and have spent over $800 dollars in puzzles. It's unexceptable customer service. And I really do not want to give up this hobby but don't know what else to doEdit:. It is now Jan 21. I received no assistance with my list package. Was told to call theur carrier to see what happened because on their end it was delivered. Called the carrier told they had computer error And that it pushed packages to be listed as delivered. They said they would escalate. I then tried contacting Paperworld multiple times to let them know that I. Fact package was not delivered... Crickets. Today received another email from carrier that they don't contact Paperworld I have to and then they will call Chinese shipper who then call Paperworld who then calls promed ( local carrier) to make a claim. I still have no money or product. Horrible!!!!!!!

Still waiting on our package

Still waiting on our package. According to the tracker it has arrived at its destination country twice. I have never seen an order moving at such a slow pace. It has missed its purpose now which was to be a Christmas present. Very dissapointed as these papercrafts look fab on the website & totally something my daughter would love. I was in touch with customer service & they were friendly and responsive once i made the initial contact but they couldn't give me an expected delivery date so I am none the wiser to when this will eventually arrive,if it ever actually arrives.Update; No reply when I emailed as per instructions. My parcel was in Belgium on 22nd of December. This is less than a 2 hour flight away,13 hours by road & 20 hours by train. It has been 14 days since. How are these orders been transported?....Carrier pigeons would get here quicker. My advice,do not order if living in Ireland. I honestly would have paid extra for a quicker delivery but this was not an option. Very dissapointedFinal update 11.1.22Rafaela did reply with a local tracking code. So things were looking hopeful however after waiting 5 days for the order to arrive I contacted my local the post office who informed me there was no tariff code on the declaration so the goods will be returned to sender. I have requested a refund. Disappointing 😞 I am standing by what I said previously - do not order if living in Ireland, you will never get your order.

This is a scam. Do not buy, you will receive no product and customer service will ghost you.

I wished I had read the reviews before buying. I ordered on Nov 20th. After waiting for weeks for the product, i asked for a shipping update. I did receive a shipping tracking number, but after weeks of waiting, it is clear to me now that I will not get the item, definitely not on time for the holidays, perhaps never at all. I reached out to customer service at hello@papercraftworld many times. Customer service kept giving me very vague updates about shipping. It will arrive soon they said. That was 2 weeks ago. They now are ghosting me and no longer answering my emails since i asked for a refund. This is clearly a scam, definitely scam tactics. I will reach out to my credit card company and file for fraud. I invite others to do the same.A day after I wrote this review, they wrote me telling my last email went to their spam folder. My first 15 emails to them made it fine, but the one asking for a refund went to their spam. Of course. I answered confirming i wanted a refund, and now they again wrote me back to let me know that finally they will keep waiting for the shipment to arrive. Going back to they are a complete scam. I told them twice this was for a gift, and I needed to receive it by Friday the 17th at the latest. I now need to leave town and have to go find something else. And will get no refund. Way to go scammers.Ah ah ah, see their typical public response, email us at ..... Yeah, didn't you at least take a minute to read I have emailed you 20 times. Ugh, filing a fraud case with my cc now.

Refund not Given

Contacted them to advise that I hadn’t received my item told to check with customs. All questions were answered promptly. This changed once I contacted them to advise that as per customs the item had been returned as the custom declaration was incorrectly filled out so they were unable to complete the delivery. Once I confirmed this to papercraft all contact from them ceased. I have no hope of receiving my item and now they are ignoring me clearly on the hope that I will give up. Shocking especially when they contacted me so quickly initially until it became clear that issue was at their end. Do not use of outside of UsUPDATE They have confirmed that they will refund my order today

Customer Service is Atrocious

My review is regarding customer service; I haven't received my product since ordering it 2 months ago, so I can't say too much about that.I've reached out to Papercraftworld numerous times to get the status of my order. At first, I was receiving responses every few days, but now I haven't heard from them in nearly a month. I attempted to reach out to them again last week, but I still haven't heard back.No luck calling their customer service number as it's either off the hook or always busy.*** UPDATE 07 DEC 2021***Interesting how a bad review can garner an immediate response! Also, I have two orders this review is regarding, and both were subject to dismal customer service.On 10/16/21, Papercraftworld did NOT ask for my correct postal code for Order 1 (placed 10/02/21), rather they told me I would have to wait until the order was returned to the warehouse for it to be resent; they also advised me to contact the local post office (I did) to see if they could get it to me anyway. I ended up placing Order 2 of the same mask again, with the correct zip, to see if that's what was holding up the package.I requested Order 2 to be cancelled before shipment but was informed it was already shipped, but they would attempt to contact the shipping team and they would inform me about it. Still no response there.At this point, Order 1 is stuck in customs and Order 2 is "shipped," so I decided to wait... Mind you, Order 1 was supposed to arrive before Halloween -- it doesn't.Fast forward to 11/08/21, and I request an update on both orders. Order 1 is still stuck at customs, and after speaking to customs they have no idea what is causing the delay; Order 2 has an invalid tracking number. I finally receive a reply on 11/11/21 stating to contact customs and track my shipment via Fulfillmen. The tracking on this website showed Order 1 was stuck in customs and Order 2 was sent back to the warehouse in China.I informed Papercraftworld of this information on 11/16/21, and didn't receive a response until I posted this review. Their response didn't even acknowledge Order 2 being sent back to the warehouse. I'll let y'all know how the next interaction goes...

This is one of the worst purchases

This is one of the worst purchases I've ever made.I've ordered a mask for Halloween with 20 days of advance and I've received 3 weeks after the 31stCommunication very poor.They just offer apologies and nothing elseI'm extremely disappointed of this company
