Outstanding Service!!!
When our heater died at 1:30 am on a Monday morning, I was at the mercy of the Home Warranty company for repair/replacement. We got lucky!!! The Home Warranty folks sent out Paragon Heating. If anyone needs heating repairs or replacement done, Paragon Heating is absolutely the company to call! Their friendly and helpful office staff were kind and courteous as well as very knowledgeable. I was so impressed that the same professionalism and courteous service carries down to the service and installation departments as well. My installation was flawless, and clean. Paragon Heating still knows what old fashioned courteous customer service is all about, and that is what impressed me most. I would not call anyone else!!!

Top notch , none better, would never look anywhere else for HVAC service
This is just another glowing review of Paragon Heating, their staff and the superb service they have provided to myself and every person I've referred them to since 2003.
For the past 10 years, Paragon Heating has taken care of all of my HVAC and water heater needs without fail. With their service maintenance program, they come out every year PRIOR to the cold season to make sure that when the weather turns, my heater works without fail keeping my family warm and happy. Always an easy referral when my friend/family/neighbors find the first cold morning of the season blows cold air out of the their vents. Out of 15 homes in my Cul-de-sac, they currently service over half.
Paragon Heating not only maintains and repairs my HVAC needs, they look out for my best interest by being proactive and recommending items to prolong my furnace life or extend the efficiency of my existing equipment.
Jazz, Jaycie and Lisa in the office are always attentive, picking up the phone never more than 2 rings in and making sure we know when they're coming and calling prior to having the technician headed our way which my wife loves (busy schedule with three kiddos).
The techs (Scott, Duke) are always clean cut, prompt, polite and make sure my wife feels comfortable the entire visit as I am normally working during the day when they come. They treat my home and family with respect and make sure we understand 100% what was done and any recommendations they make while onsite.
Their latest service was a heat pump install on our new home purchased in March, no small job. As always, job was done on time, on budget and with no issues before/during/after. Couldn't have been easier or better from my end of things.
In short, in over a decade, I've never had a reason to use OR REFER another HVAC company and will continue to do so going forward. Being a small business owner myself, it's gratifying to see another company take pride in their customer service and experience as Paragon Heating does day in/day out.
