received a item which had a defect I messaged them numerous times for3days and had no response whatsoever, in the beginning before buying the product I was asking questions regarding the item fitment etc they responded within 30mins -1hr, it shows they are a robbing and selling damaged goods please don't buy from them,DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME THEY ARE THE MOST WORSE TO BUY FTOM ESPECIALLY WHEN RESPONDING AND TO RECTIFY

I had placed an order and never got the product or my money back. The company will stop answering your emails after a while. I know someone who succesfully managed to receive their products, but also have been contacted by many others that they have been scammed. Don't take the chance. They often sell products cheaper than the actual factory that produces them, obvious scam!
Bad "people" I made the mistake of ordering a Rotax 447. Efendi will take your hard earned money knowing he will screw you. There were some red flags and I took a chance. Fraud, Fraud, Fraud. Should have Googled first!
Fraud!!! Motor, harness, throttle, propeller, tachometer ordered and only motor received. Harness can still be delivered through contact with the manufacturer. Haven't heard from any of the other parts. I know that Mariléne Chablowsky has already been blocked from other producers for fraud. Found out through connections in Spain that she has taken over her husband's business and is not looking back. Certainly don't buy anything, I'm still hundreds of euros lost.

Just some information about a company listed in Spain Paramotorstore.eu. They have a great website and offer massive amounts of equipment at discounted prices. I ordered goods from their online webstore and since making payment I have been unable to contact them. I've used all the available methods email, online forms, WhatsApp but no response. Fortunately for me I paid for the good using a credit card so should be able to get my money back from the credit card company. Please be wary of this company and if anyone on the forum has had a similar experience please share.
I ordered on the website, had issues with that, ended up paying twice with no order confirmation, no goods have been sent, now they have stopped answering my emails and WhatsApp messages.Will try to recover my money via my banks dispute team.Do not use would be my advice.
