Small issue with a damaged part that was caused by shipping was quickly corrected by parts discounter who shipped a new part without issue. Easy to contact and quick response to questions

"OH NO" - No Brakes!
Dealt with knowledgeable friendly individuals who were pleasant and enjoyable to speak with. Used to be a customer service rep so know a good one when I speak with one. There was a shipping issue with the order, and they worked it to a mutual satisfaction level. May have another issue to discuss with them and will do so without hesitation.

Ordered a new clutch for my Husqvarna tractor, but upon receipt found it was incompatible. Contacted P.D. and after confirming it was the wrong one, they immediately sent me a return slip for shipping. Upon their receipt of the return, they fully credited my account.
