Having posted a complaint on Trustpilot Partridges have contacted me to offer a full refund for the extra charged by them and Deliveroo over the RRP of a bar of cooking chocolate by Lindt. I look forward to receiving the money.
Where to start? Every single product is of an unprecedented quality. Fresh, farm assured, kosher, halal...Superb. Really.
Went to Partridges yesterday and was SHOCKED to see GREEN MOULDY BREAD on display.I took the bread to a Partridges member of staff and I said this is not good, and he agreed and took it.How can such a store like Partridges make such a mistake.What are the Team at Partridges doing, it was about 5.40pmI can only imagine this as been on display all day.Very POOR!!

Probably the best supermarket around: fabulous stuff, especially products one can't get elsewhere. Great staff, Mariano in Gloucester Road utterly brilliant going the extra 100 miles for customers.Sloane Square staff similarly wonderful. Love the place, love the stuff it sells, and the staff are first rate
