To be avoided!
I ordered a riddler suit for Halloween, they took my money but didn't send any order confirmation. When I messaged them to ask what was happening, they didn't reply. A week later my money was refunded without a word said. Just as well I ordered enough in advance that I could get it somewhere else. Definitely one to avoid!

I'd leave no stars if it were possible. Ordered a suit for a funeral on the 31st of January. Website stated 4-6 days for delivery. The item was dispatched 9 days later, 3 days after it's delivery was due, only after an email I sent asking about it's whereabouts. The reply was in German, I'm a customer in the UK. The suit was only delivered today, the funeral was the 18th,and I still have to collect it from a local shop. Customer service is appalling. Have taken up a PayPal dispute as I feel it is totally unacceptable that an order scheduled to take 4-6 days has taken 24 days.DO NOT USE PARTY365

I recently was on the look out for 2…
I recently was on the look out for 2 wreaths to display on my gates for Christmas. After a great deal of searching I found the exact ones I wanted on party 365.I placed the order with them and was given a delivery date for delivery. In fact they arrived 1 day early and the quality and size of the wreaths were exactly as described if not even better. I would like to thank Party 365 for their excellent service and supply of quality goods.

BEWARE as Party365 take your money…
BEWARE as Party365 take your money without checking their stock, followed by delivery of part order which is useless unless order is complete. I requested cancellation of the order but Party365 were not interested. Please think before using this company.

I had already ordered when I saw the reviews on here so was a bit worried my order wouldn’t get here in time or at all according to the reviews, but didn’t have to worry at all was kept informed about my order and it arrived earlier than it said on their website. Great priced products and really good service. Thank you :)

Ordered items over 2 weeks ago
Ordered items over 2 weeks ago. No confirmation to say order was dispatched so today contacted them to see what had happened to my order. I was then given an order and tracking number. My parcel had been left at a newsagent 2 miles from where I live and had to collect it even though I had paid for postage of £4.99. Had I not contacted them then I would be none the wiser of what had happened with my parcel.Not good customer service at all

I ordered a number of items for my sons party then read the reviews after and thought I’d made a terrible mistake. I needn’t have worried as everything arrived on time. Some items were smaller than expected but that’s down to me not reading the descriptions properly. Can’t fault the service.

Awful experience, items not received on time and still no refund after a month
Awful experience - do not use. Order didn’t arrive on expected delivery date and delivery company closed at weekends therefore goods were useless. Requested delivery company return to sender and after a month the goods have been ‘lost’ and I’m still without refund. I’ve had to chase the delivery company and Party365 myself for the last month and despite chasing refund with Party365 directly for two weeks, I was misinformed and an investigation into my parcel was not submitted until I called again today. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Refusal to refund order that I’ve never received. Company and delivery company both useless. Would just like my money back for items never received.

Received order after 6 working days
I was a bit worried about my order after reading the Trustpilot reviews but after chasing it received a despatch confirmation the next day and received the parcel 6 working days after placing the order. Unfortunately 1 of the items that I ordered wasn't available (found out about this after chasing the order) so my party bags are not complete as a result of this, but I did get refunded for this item.

Efficient & Great Customer Services Experience
Ordered party supplies for baby's first birthday- didn't realize it was a German company and that the delivery might not arrive before the party date. Rang up customer services and a lovely lady took my order number and made it a priority. She said she would personally make sure the order was processed and shipped within the day. It arrived today well before the expected delivery date and before the party! So happy with all the products. Will definately be ordering in future.

Cheap and wrong items
The items arrived look very cheap and not in very good quality. I’m a bit regret as I ordered for baby’s first birthday. Not I’m not sure whether they are clean for babies, as baby chews everything, especially during the pedantic period. Also, there are 6 items missing from my order. Instead of issuing a refund like many other companies do, they send you items that completely useless, like heater nozzles. I should have checked the review before ordering. It’s cheap for a reason :(

Absolute Joke
My order arrived late with no invoice, I had to contact the company for my order number. The order cost about £27 and I went to return it ( which is to a German address) the cost for this was £37. I am now left with items that will not be used and down £27.

Terrible for delivery
Terrible company! No order confirmation received, all items said 4-6 days delivery however still waiting and it’s been 11 days. How they charge 4.99 for postage and packaging is ridiculous when lots of people clearly not receiving their items on time. I contacted after a week which said order was being processed and email would be received when dispatched and items would be here in 2-4 days. That was 2 days ago and still nothing, no email or delivery! I’m really disappointed as I ordered well in advance (13 days before needed) and need these items urgently for this weekend and the company have said I am now unable to cancel and must wait for them to arrive to refuse the delivery! The only reason I have Given 1 star is because someone actually replied to my email. Wish I’d have read reviews before ordering!

Excellent from start to finish!
I read these reviews after placing my order and was very panic-stricken but decided to wait out the delivery time before I jumped to any conclusions. And I am so glad I did! The items in my order were showing as a 4-6 day delivery time and they arrived on the 6th day. I was able to track the order from the moment it left Germany up until it arrived at my door. I eagerly contacted them through Facebook before it was dispatched as it did seem to take a while to get any updates after placing the order but I received a reply almost instantly from a team member called Luke. He was very efficient, told me he would look straight into why it hadn’t yet been dispatched and also gave me the tracking once it had been (you also get an email with these details). I finally got to use my items on Saturday and everything was spot on! So much cheaper than UK sellers - literally the same quality items for a fraction of the price.The only suggestion I would make is to order well in advance (maybe 2 weeks)! Very sad to see people blaming the company for their own lack of preparation.

Easy to order and arrived quickly
I feel I need to share a review as I actually had a positive experience. I ordered before seeing the reviews and actually panicked when I read them. I placed an order on Saturday the 4th of July and my order arrived on Thursday the 9th.
