I wanted to help veterans so I decided this would be a great place to buy my meat.This is the strangest company I have ever dealt with.I ordered in October 2025 they took the money from my account but never sent the order. They told me every week it was coming NOTHING.Finally in November I got my order they wanted to make it right and refund my money. That never happened!! They said they would refund my money plus send me another order of the same thing.NOTHING! Every week they tell me it will be here on Thursday- Saturday NOTHING! They have even given me shipping label but UPS never picked it up any one can make a label!!I’m trying to be nice but this company SUCKS!Customer still waiting!!!!!!!!!!

Short items terrible quality
When I received my order the shipping label had 5lbs showing. So, they are scamming on the shipping. I ordered 11lbs of food and knew from picking up the box it was too light. I only had 8 of the 11 items. I weighed the individual items and they were short weighed too. I emailed about the missing items and was told they would get them out. They never showed. I emailed a second time and they apologized and said they would send them out. Nothing showed up again. I emailed a third ti.e with no response. I finally started a dispute with my cc company for a partial refund. We had the Berkshire pork chops from them last night (one of the few items that did show up) there were three paper thin shoulder cut chops that were shoe leather when flash cooked because they were so thin. 1/4 thick. The quality is worse than the service. Im sure they will tack on a generic canned response like on all the other reviews.

Never shipped, no replies to emails
Placed an order a month ago and it never shipped and they don’t respond to my emails. I don’t know why they are in business since my experience was clearly not unique.

Do not use this company
I placed a $138. Order with this company. When the order didn't arice I called. They told me the order had just shipped and they would send me a email with the tracking number. They lied. It never shipped and there was not tracking number. The order never arrived. I demanded an immediate refund and the assured me I would receive the refund 2-3 days. Nothing. No refund and they will not reply to my emails. It is now in the hands of my credit card company. What a terrible company. They steal your money and lie about it. This is Consumer fraud and they should be shut down.

Order received thawed out. Cheyenne stated that order would be replaced at no additional cost with expedited shipping. Order was never received. Multiple phone calls and emails went unanswered. Worst company ever. What a scam.

I placed an order 10 days ago. Sent an email asking when it would ship and was told it shipped that day and I would get the tracking information. 2 days later and I still havent received a tracking number after I have sent 2 more emails asking for the tracking number. This is ridiculous. They take your money as soon as the order is placed but nothingThis company should not be called a Patriot. A true Patriot would not do this to customers. I will be posting on X also to not buy anything from this company or any associated with it.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. They take your money and don't deliver. They don't respond to emails. Did respond to chat but won't deliver. Shame on you for stealing money. I want a refund immediately. It's been 2 1/2 weeks now.

Never received order. They don't answer the phone, returns calls or emails. They will occasionally answer live chat but they tell you what you want to hear and never follow through hoping you will just go away. I finally got them to refund my money, but its not in my back account yet.

my order arrived late and all my frozen food was thawed out, and inedible. my wife and i both have called, left voicemails, e-mails and still no response at all from patriot foods. they do not have the common courtesy a business needs. their own fault. poor packaging was the killer of my order.

I bought 25 pounds of frozen fruit, and got the wrong order--much less than 25 pounds! It took 5 tries using 3 different methods to get a reply (email, phone call to voice mail, and finally the chat feature at least got some response). After more than a month and many, MANY broken promises that they'll fix it, send the fruit, reimburse me, etc. I gave up and stopped the payment with my credit card.If it's not a SCAM, they're GROSSLY INCOMPETENT.

Ten days after ordering and getting…
Ten days after ordering and getting credit card charged I inquired about order with no response. I called the number and you only get a voice mail. No response. This is why you need a credit card to dispute charges.
