Paybyphone authorised a payment from my card for a parking session I did not use. Contacted them to dispute this and they said they will request a refund from the parking operator.Parking operator refused the refund citing that the admin fee for processing a refund is £15 and therefore they cannot issue a refund.I will now be escalating this further and contact the Ombudsman, Trading Standards and ICO as my data has been breached and both, the parking operator and Paybyphone are refusing to acknowledge the breach or issue a refund.As the payment was made via Paybyphone, I will hold them responsible. If your app is not secure and fraudulent activity is happening, you should investigate this as it is something serious!
