State 1 price on web but tell you its another for instock tubs , explain you will buy same spa from other website that will ship in 5 days with a price of $50 less and they don't care. Only image what this place would be like if you had a issue with the spa. Very poor sales people with a bait and switch approach.

I received a hot tub cover damaged with a cut on it at delivery. We could see the damage through the box. I did not accept the delivery and reached back to clear water. They stated they did not have any record and could not do anything about it. I never received the hot tub cover, or a refund. Just request after request until time elapsed.

Exceeded my expectations
Spa was delivered ahead of schedule, only waited a few weeks. Filled it, plugged it in to 110 outlet, adjusted water as directed, set temp to 103 and have enjoyed it daily since. Only had it one month, but spa has met and exceeded my expectations. I may wire to 240 this fall, so I can be assured temperatures can be maintained during our northern Indiana winters.

We love our spa! What a great update for our patio.But the best part of Clearwater was their service and speed. We decided to purchase a Jacuzzi spa in May with the hopes of having it for the summer. Everywhere we looked the delivery would have been mid to late summer, but Clearwater said it would just be a couple of weeks. It actually came earlier than they said!

Had a spa in my cart for 4300.00Went back to website next morning to complete purchase and didnt notice price jumpes 1000.00 overnight. Called to cancel( Wayfair was 4500) and they charged a 3% cancel fee and no explanation on price change. Never do business with them again and their loss of a sale.
