Card never arrived - no answer from customer service to enquire when it had been sent despite emailed my twice. Waste of money

Interestingly I wrote a fair and honest review with them but they didn't post it..... because it wasn't 5*Poor quality card, looked like homemade but fast delivery.Would not recommend.

My daughters birthday card came to day…
My daughters birthday card came to day from Harry & the bear esty it is absolutely lovely and sweet. Service was brilliant it came with in a day of ordering it. Thank you lou ur service is brilliant definitely would order again keep up the good work.

Ordered my card on the Thursday and put a note on the order saying that it was for the Sunday - if possible.It arrived on the Saturday! Amazing service and the card is excellent. Thank you!

Wrong card arrived
Wrong card arrived, contacted company, but no response. Looking at reviews not the first time they have done this. Should have checked here first. Do not use this site. Card designs are different but not worth the hassle

Might not get what you ordered
Order arrived within 2 days, however the card sent, was not the card I ordered. They also provided an envelope which was double the size of the card. Very disappointed and awaiting a response.

Stolen content
Multiple poems that are on these greeting cards have been stolen, my godmother is a poet (she owns Bespoke Verse) and with a quick glance I found at least 4 of her poems had been stolen. Please do not buy from this company and instead support the real poets behind these cards!

I ordered a father's Day card from this company. It was ordered yesterday afternoon and I paid a few pence extra for first class delivery. I received it today! Fantastic quality card and quicker than expected delivery! Thankyou
