The customer experience was pleasant, the associate knowledgeable. Was told that they have changed hands- do not use puppy mills, they visit the breeders and the unethical practices have ended. I was flashed my puppy’s parents’ picture along with the name of the kennel, i was lied to about how long the dog had been in the shop- told 2-3 weeks when it had been 2.5 months. This puppy is 20 weeks old. When taking records to my vet, pup was over vaccinated for some things -(kennel cough) and under for others (distemper)so we have to start the series again. After much digging Kenlyn Kennels in Huggins, MO appears to be a puppy mill per BBB complaints- they appear to not exist online. To top it off, my pup’s father is also his grandfather.
