The product is advertised as being a 'GPS Tracker', but it only uses nearby WiFi networks to geo locate. Therefore, it is not very accurate and won't work outside of WiFi networks. The actual unit itself is flimsy, not waterproof and eventually falls apart. The 2 units I purchased for my dogs fell apart, losing the Tracker unit. This is a cheaply made item, being sold using unethical advertising methods. Stay away from petnoo!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Unfortunately I didn’t check the reviews before purchasing but my experiences mirrored those of other who have rated this company poorly. After contacting the company to cancel my order due to my item not shipping, they then shipped it and said I could return it if I didn’t like it. When it finally arrived it was not as advertised. I bought the backseat extender that is apparently able to support 280 lbs. The ad said it contained sturdy panels of wood and foam. I received panels made of plastic that bent under hand pressure rendering the hammock useless for the intended purpose. I paid $200 for a hammock that resembles the ones I can buy for $20 at the junk store. I emailed the company who then offered me a partial refund. We went back and forth as I continued to request a full refund and they continued to only offer me a partial refund. Unless of course I damaged the product and sent them photos. This was totally suspicious so I proceeded to lodge a PayPal dispute. Once I told them this they agreed to the full refund. But what a fight! Totally exhausted only to end up back where I was before I ordered the product along with a few extra grey hairs.
Electronic collar doesn’t work correctly. I emailed on a number of occasions. Finally got a reply after several weeks to say they won’t refund or exchange. Very disappointed. Have tried all the options to reset device and just isn’t working. Hence our dog keeps escaping so product is useless. All I wanted was either a refund or a replacement. I would never purchase from them again.
I purchased an Anti Bark Dog Collar. It did not perform as advertised. I requested a refund. I was told they could only give me a portion of what I paid for it. I requested a full refund as the product did not perform as advertised.They refused to refund me the full amount. I would not recommend anyone to purchase any products from this company.
Dont buy anything from these people. Total scam!.The wireless fence I bought looses signal and activates inside the supposedly permitted area hurting the dogs for not reason also, let them out with not shock when we were not home, dogs end out at the road.I have tried to get a refound but these people now want to negotiate so I get 20% refound, the website said you have a free refound if not satisfied, no true at all..
I wish I had looked at this previously. All the reviews are correct. GPS tracker does not work with GPS. It is only useable on WiFi. Lost my dog and the update was from when he was still in the house 20mins previously, he was in the neighbours property 1km away. Customer service is non existent they do not care and deny a refund.
The product was only accurate to within 20 km which is not useful when you lose your pet. After many emails with Petnoo, some of them poorly worded, with them asking the obvious (I.e was the battery tag removed) and getting me to uninstall and reinstall the app several times, I suspected I was emailing an automated response. Petnoo were not interested in refunding or a replacing the unit.
Do not buy from this company. My dog destroyed the supposedly indestructible toy within two months and they refused to refund.
Do not buy from this business. Their site promises 100% money back guarantee so I bought a dog barking silencer. It didn’t do what it promised to do so I sent them an email wanting to return it for my money back. They responded a couple of days later trying to negotiate 20% refund which I said no to as I didn’t want to keep something that doesn’t work. Each time I replied saying I wanted a full refund they came back with another discount instead of postage details. They also go on about how we should appreciate/understand their losses and take the discount and donate the item to charity. They promise 100% money back guarantee and they are doing everything they can to avoid honouring that. I am disgusted in their handling of this.
Definitely not buying from here again. I bought the anti bark collar - it was on special which is why it was a good deal. I paid $38 for the collar and $8 shipping (this is important I’ll be coming back to that). It took about 2 weeks to get to me which was expected considering it came from china. When I received it the packaging of the actual collar was completely beaten up. This didn’t affect the collar. Once I tried the collar on my dog it had zero effect on his barking even on the highest setting. The noise was quiet and you couldn’t turn it up and the vibration was minimal. I contacted petnoo and explained how I was happy and wanted to return or refund. I got sent back 3 days later (they claim within 24hr service) that they wanted photos and videos of the item not working. I specifically said it did work just wasn’t effective. I’ve now replied with a very wordy email, and explained how I can’t send a video as my dog is at the vets however I’m not even sure if I want to return as I have to pay the postage for the return which will be $25-$35 so I would only be getting maybe $5 back from the original order as they don’t send back shipping costs either. I then did a bit of research and found the collar from a Chinese wholesaler alibaba.com, the collar is a whopping $7.00 each .. they’re trying to sell full price for $65.00 without shipping cost. That’s ridiculous especially since it’s ineffective. I doubt I’ll get my refund or my return postage paid for, but here we are. I’ve now had to spend an additional $100 on a better branded collar actually from Australia, which petnoo not gonna lie looks like the products come from Australia the way the website is designed and set out, yes when I look into deeper on their website right at the bottom of contact us has the Chinese address but that’s irrelevant now anyway. My take away is don’t buy from them they’re pricing is way over, they don’t have very good customer service, and their website doesn’t even allow reviews.
Do not buy the gps tracker. Total crap! The collar can be sitting right next to me & the gps shows me that my dog is 15 kilometres away & in 2 separate locations. One I'm looking right at her & secondly she's not wearing it. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Do not recommended the “gps” tracker becauee it’s not gps. It’s Bluetooth and only works within a metre or so. Do not waste money purchasing this product.
DON'T spend your money with this company. I only wanted to return for a larger size but instead they offered me a % of what I paid and I could keep the product - which doesn t fit. A 30 day guaranteed return is stated on their website - good luck with that!!! When I refused their various offers of % refunds, i restated that I merely wanted to exchange for a larger size, they are now not communicating with me.UPDATE : They eventually refunded the whole amount and I didn't have to send the product. Weirdest experience I've ever had on the internet. I only wanted to exchange products. I would have been out of pocket with return postage, not them. Strange! Still would never buy from them again.
Bought 6 pet GPS trackers, as I gave for gifts as well as use for my pets. They DO NOT WORK.
The product was supposed to be the "Original Anti-Anxiety" dog bed. It sells for the same price as the real product but is poor quality and the medium size is too small for my #12 pup. The "Original "bed in size medium is much larger. I want to alert potential customers of this unfortunate deception.
I ordered the XXL (a size bigger) bed for my 50lb pit. It is small and she barely fits, she hangs over instead of cuddles in it. I contacted them and they said that they will give me 20% and then I can give away a 70.00 bed!
My dog loved his bed that I got him last year when we brought him home. I wanted to order another and thought this was the same one but it is nowhere near the quality of the first one I bought for about the same price. This one has hardly any stuffing in the middle of it, which it says it has 40% more than it’s competitors.NOT true!! This is why I don’t like to buy things I cannot touch, you don’t know what you’re going to get 🤷♀️
I bought this to help keep my dog warm while she sleeps this winter. She doesn't always like beds and sometimes prefers to just sleep on the sofa. She LOVES this bed! Its soft, deep and seems very comfy and fits great
