Coldly furious, i bought my car for my son to build, its sat for a few months then, on this rainy day, we decided to build it....no instructions, nothing, then i find out they CHARGE YOU for the instructions, pleased they've disappeared, utter rip off!

They are a scam. You buy a product, and all of a sudden the website doesn't exist. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Really poor customer serviceI can get reaction within 1 day for my first email. They can ask for a video with my problem (It isn't possible to connect the pieces because it isn't precise connection between the elements.)I sent a video but i don't get any answers about 1 month. I try to write them 2-3 times but they don't reply to me.UPDATE:After the 5-10 email, i get cashback
I recently built the Porsche GT3 RS, and I have to say, it exceeded all my expectations. The pink color makes it unique and eye-catching, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The brick quality was fantastic—everything clicked into place effortlessly, making the structure feel solid. I spent an entire weekend on this project, taking my time to admire how each section came together. Now that it’s displayed on my desk, it constantly reminds me why I love this hobby. I already have my eye on my next Petrolbricks model!
I decided to try Petrolbricks after a friend recommended it, and I couldn’t be happier. My first purchase was the Mazda MX-5 Miata, and it was a joy to build. I built it over a weekend with my nephew, and we had so much fun figuring out how the different sections came together. One moment that stood out was when he excitedly pointed out how realistic the headlights looked – his excitement was contagious! Now, every time he visits, he asks if we can start a new set, so I’ve ordered the Subaru WRX STI to surprise him
I placed the order on 29/01, saying that it would take 5 to 7 working days, and I only received it on 19/02, 15 working days later, received after the date that I needed for a birthday. Customer support was always slow and in the first instance generic, without any response to what l asked, and I always had to insist to get an answer, making it even slower.In addition, I was even more displeased when I was building the car with the person and we were stopped at step 5 due to the lack of a piece. I checked on the website how to proceed, rechecked the whole assembly and counted all the pieces up to the last step. I then discovered that there were even more pieces missing. I reach out to them with this problem on 23/02 and also wrote a review here, but they said they were gonna ship the missing parts and return the money, ONLY IF I DELETED THE REVIEW (it's not possible to add pictures here but i have proof!).They said the shipping for the missing parts would take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. I’ve sent several messages asking for an update and a tracking number but all were ignored. So, 12 working days later with no news, I wrote another review. In response to that, they messaged me saying that they stopped the shipping and THREATENING me, saying they were going to charge an amount of money on my account every month (i have proof!). Terrible experience! This company is a complete scam. If you buy from them, don’t expect to receive what you paid for, expect threats and much worse. STAY AWAY!

Don’t order here!!!!Firstly the shipping took forever. It actually was a valentine’s gift. Ordered it in advance so I would have my gift on time. Contacted them to ask where my shipment is, never got a response. 3 weeks later I finally got my order.It’s also really underwhelming. They don’t care about protective packaging or giving you an experience at all. You receive a few plastic bags with lego and a paper with only a qr-code to the instructions. Really dissapointed to say the least. I wouldn’t order here if you would like to gift someone you love.
Terrible company with zero customer service skills. I ordered on the 5th February according to their shipping it would arrive in plenty of time for Valentine’s Day. Almost 3 weeks later I still haven’t received anything when I email all I get in response is generic copy and paste. When I tried to cancel my order I was advised it had already been given to the courier but the tracking has not updated with Evri. So either Evri don’t know how to work their tracking systems or PetrolBricks are lying through their teeth about having sent the item to the delivery company and I think I know which scenario I believe to be true. Will never order from them again and advise others to also avoid the headache. Terrible company with abysmal customer service.
Missing parts, contacted the company and they do not reply or send missing parts. Waste of money and a scam.
I placed my order on January 27th after double checking the shipping times and their “possible delay of 3-5 days” message on their website. The item hasn’t even been shipped yet three weeks later. I contacted them and got a generic copy and paste response with no real update as to when my order would be sent to the shipping company. Will never order again, sticking with Lego from now on.
Ordered from Petrol Bricks on 27th January - 1 item. The item still hasn’t arrived. I’ve emailed customer service team they did not and would not provide me with any update or acknowledgment for the delay. I have been given a tracking number that doesn’t work. There is no detail of courier they are using for the delivery. Shocking really, the website clearly provides shipping/delivery as 5-7 working days. Evidently this is not the case. I purchased the item well before I needed it as it is a gift, but looks as though I’m going to have to make another plan as there is no sight, whisper or indication when the item will show up, if it ever does. Very frustrating as I thought this would have been an excellent gift as the concept is really cool. Sadly though the company and customer service is a real let down.
I love my focus! The only things I didn’t enjoy was the fact the front grille part, some of the parts were very loose fitting. This resulted in it being really difficult to put the front end together. But apart from that I enjoy the overall product.
Bought a set for my brother, and he absolutely loved it. Will be purchasing more soon.
You can tell Petrolbricks truly cares about their products. Every piece is crafted to perfection.

My order arrived relatively quickly but I'm pretty disappointed with it. The blocks are just in bags, no box, and there's no instruction manual in the package, only a QR code to a pdf. I bought this as a gift for someone and quite frankly I'm embarrassed to give it to them because of the way it's presented.
Very slow delivery, took 18 days from date of dispatch. Very poor customer service, contacted them numerous occasions for updates whilst waiting for my order, all I got was poor excuses each time like "only having a few workers", no apology or customer service skills whatsoever.I had really high hopes for this order, since it was purchased for my sons 16th birthday in memory of his grandad that recently passed, and used to own and collect Land Rovers. When our order finally arrived 18 days after being supposedly dispatched, it arrived with very poor instructions and parts missing! Having read other reviews, I'm not the only one who has has experienced this problemI didn't bother contacting them again to complain since their customer service is so useless, they really did exasperate me with their rudeness. Luckily my son is very good at building Lego anyway so he still managed to build it-albeit a different model to what it was supposed to be since parts were missing.I'm very disappointed with my overall experience with Petrolbricks, as I do love the concept but overall very poor value for money. Sadly I won't be buying from them again, very disappointing as we were looking forward to building a collection of models. Will be taking our business elsewhere.
Ordered 16 December and I’ve followed up with their customer service. Nothing has arrived. I don’t think this company is real and I would avoid. Update: since posting this they contacted me over email to say that my order is on the way and sent a screenshot of some tracking - the tracking they’ve provided to me still hasn’t updated. After adding details of my order to Trustpilot they’ve contacted me on WhatsApp to say they will stop the shipping of my product till I remove this review. Not sure what I win by removing this review as I’ve still had no tangible proof any product is on its way and I’ve also not had a refund.
