No customer service replies
Pet Stop has not replied to any of my messages that I posted to their home page on the internet. I would have made a phone call but their web site does not list a phone number. Our dog has one of their collars and it is defective. He is shocked by the collar even though he is nowhere near the boundary. I was asking them how to get some warranty service performed but they simply do not reply. The date of my experience is an estimate.
