The young lady that is at the register is always smiling and polite. Her customer service is a 10 out of 10. I can’t recall what her name is but I know it sounded like another coworker called her Jamiyah. This was the store in Whitehall.

I made an appt for both of my dogs to be groomed and it was for Thursday at 1 pm then I get a text saying your appt for Friday at 1 pm is confirmed when I called it did no good cause because naturally they have it for the wrong day so I had to cancel the appt cause Friday is not a good day for me very frustrated 😣 with this place at this point

Reward Points Auto Redemption is Terrible
I don’t know what convinced corporate to auto redeem points for customers every month but it’s absolutely the worst decision ever, I don’t shop often and to have my points redeemed and then have a short exp date after the redemption means my points literally go down the drain. I will shop elsewhere from now on.

Wash package, Rude Team Lead, Hurt animal
I purchased a wash package for my dog. The last time I was in the manager looked me up on his laptop and told me I just needed to use my phone number the next time I visited. When I visited the store today, Hamilton mill store, Buford, ga, store# 4608, Valentina, said I wasn't in the system and she couldn't help me. She was rude and unprofessional! I also got my dogs nails trimmed, where the technician hurt my dog. They said it wasn't my dog, I went back while they were doing this and yes, it was my dog, because He yelped when they started to trim again! Please DO NOT take your fur baby here! Worst place ever!

I recently visited Pet Supplies Plus and I am thrilled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment I walked in, I was met with such warm hospitality. The manager, Nia, in particular, truly excelled, demonstrating remarkable patience and a genuine passion for helping customers. Her friendliness and wealth of knowledge create such a comfortable and enjoyable shopping atmosphere. I am incredibly grateful for her exceptional service and outstanding customer care. Before Nia came along PSP East Greenbush was a total disaster. Aisles were cluttered and most of the time you couldn't find staff to help you. Under Nia's management PSP East Greenbush has become my go to place for pet supplies.

Horrible service and store management
Waited in line for 15 minutes behind customer sorting 50 cans of cat food. Manager Krista came to counter, refused to ring out my single item purchase then ran away when I asked her name. Left store without purchase. Horrible service. Avoid fairview park ohio location.

We have been shopping at the PSP at 531 Monroe Ave. in Rochester for about a year and a half. We’ve been very pleased with the great selection they carry, the very fair prices, and their frequent sales, but most of all, they’re amazing staff. They are so friendly, so willing to help you, so knowledgeable that they can suggest things that are exactly what you’re looking for And on top of it, they’re all animal lovers. Courtney, the store manager, will even show you pictures of not only customers dogs, but her own dogs.Shopping here is like shopping at a neighborhood store.

Horrid Place
Called about a walk-in appointment for nail trimming. They told me to be there at a specific time. I asked if I needed an appointment, was told no, that as long as I showed up at the time I would be seen. I showed up 15 minutes earlier and guess what? "We can't see you because you don't have an appointment, earliest we have is 3 days from now." In the meantime, my dog is stressed and whimpering.Then they tell me they can't see me because I needed my dogs rabies vaccination record. Hey, I get it, you have to comply with regulations. Wouldn't that be important to mention BEFORE I drove there with a dog having a panic attack? It does not take a PhD in law, education, Russian Lit, or anything of the sort. All it takes is: "Make sure you have an appointment and you bring the vaccination records with you, otherwise we will not be able to see you." There, I did the heavy lifting for you guys. It used to be the best place in town, now I would not recommend it to anyone.

Rude employee at Doylestown, PA store
I was a customer at the Doylestown, PA store for a few years until several months ago when I was literally yelled at by a manager. I'm a 74 year old female and have never been spoken to like that in my life. I had some problems with my rewards program and had called and gone into the store several times asking for help. They kept telling me that "IT will call you". They said they were unable to do anything to help me in person, but that I had to wait for IT. Well one day I came upon the customer assistance phone number on your website and so I went into the store and asked why it was taking so long for a resolution and why had they not given me this customer assistance phone number. The male manager who is probably in his 30's with black hair and black facial hair started to scream at me. He literally yelled at me and it was quite embarrassing. I left the store and will never shop there again. I then called the customer assistance phone number and told them how I was treated and that I wanted the franchise owner of that store to know about this incident and his insolent employee. I was told that they would relay the message to the owner and that someone would get back to me. The woman in customer assistance did apologize for the treatment that I received, but no one has ever reached out to me. I am finished with Pet Supplies Plus since they allow this rude man to manage a store and treat customers like this.

GROOMING DISASTER
DO NOT BOOK A HAIRCUT APPT ONLINE!!!! Twice now the system has converted this to nothing more than a bath and brush!!! Before you go, EVEN IF YOU CALL TO ENSURE IT'S A CUT, call to check....today, was the second time and that's the end for me....finding some place else.

Dead fish within a week of purchase
I got 5 fish from this store and all died within a week of buying them. One was a female betta that was in an algae filled box so I figured I try to save her, but it was too late. The other 4 fish were black and white mollys. I didnt realize it there but when i got home i noticed they had small white spots that looked like ick. They died one by one. The store was understaffed and the employees seemed overwhelmed. The owner should higher more employees knowledgeable in animal care if they continue to sell animals. Otherwise I strongly suggest against the sale of animals and just stick to the sale of supplies for animals.

Bad delivery
Bad delivery. I had to call the Bettendorf store because my delivery wasn’t delivered to me. I was transferred to a manager who insisted it was delivered. She said they had a picture of it being delivered. It wasn’t my address. I had to walk around my neighborhood trying to find it. I finally found it. I ordered a 30 lb bag of dog food. I had to haul it to my home. I am 65 years old and needless to say it was hard to haul. The manager did not even apologize for the mistake; she said they had nothing to do with it but it was their own delivery driver who did it. Wow!! She wants to be a manager but takes no responsibility for her staff! Now that’s a bad manager.

Unkept environment for animals
I overall love pet supplies plus to buy what I need for my fur babies, but several times when I went in the store I noticed the condition of the animals, the animal seem unhealthy and neglected. The staff seem not to care about the welfare of the animals that’s in the store. Their was a sick ferret that was vomiting with runny diarrhea and was like that for a while and no one even attempt to assist and make sure the animal was OK. When I brought this issue to the staff, they replied we are short staff. There’s no way that’s acceptable. Maybe they shouldn’t have animals in the store. If you cannot meet every need of each individual Animal make sure they’re taking care of and healthy.

I have been shopping at PET SUPPLIES PLUS for well over 10 years. I have never had a bad experience. I buy dry food, canned food, toys, bones, ID Taggs dog clothes. They award points according to how much you spend. They give coupons and they offer specials to people that are members of their reward program, of which I am. You won’t be sorry if you go to PET SUPPLIES PLUS.

On July 15 at 7;36am I placed an online order for Dog Food to be picked up at the Naperville store. My credit card was charged immediately. Website indicated that orders are usually ready for pickup in an hour but wait for a confirmation email.After not hearing anything from Pet Supplies Plus I drove to the store the next day to find the store is CLOSED for remodeling until July 25th.They took my money then sent an email at 5:29pm on the 18th saying that the order was canceled because the product was not available and my card charge would be reversed.I ordered this somewhat of specialty dog food because I needed it. Bottom line is Pet Supplies Plus Takes an order for a store that is closed for 10 days without giving the Customer an options.Horrible business practice. No regard for Customer or their pets,Buyer beware!!!
