Staff has lied, in writing, repeatedly today
This AM I got an email thanking me for "approving" an order, WHICH I DID NOT DO. I immediately emailed back requesting the order be cancelled, saying I did NOT approve this. (This originally was a subscription order, and I was supposed to be able to cancel or delay shipments. Not true today with JUST receiving their email.)I got an email back saying my subscription was cancelled, THEN got another email saying the shipment couldn't be cancelled because the shipper already has my package. Tracking on this order shows the shipper does NOT have my package and "it may take 2 or 3 days for us to receive it from the shipper". Then I got another email saying I can cancel by clicking a link on my invoice, but when I clicked on the cancellation link it just took me to written instructions to click on the link I just clicked on that didn't cancel the order.Then I was told I need to return the product and will be charged $10 for doing so. This product did absolutely nothing for my dog's lipomas, so I suspect the rave reviews re it helping with that problem are fakes. After the lies I experienced today, NOTHING WOULD SURPRISE ME RE THIS COMPANY.All this in a matter of a few hours in one day. I've saved all the emails and a screenshot from the shipping company's website showing they do not have my package.
