These people are great
These people are great. My rep was Dominick and he really went to bat for me, and communicated throughout the process.They know all the in and outs. When I went to them I was paying $1000 per month to the IRS. I got it down to $700.00.....They got it down to $75. I'm in my 60's. I can't tell you how much that helped.I would recommend them highly!

Can I give 6 stars?!
Robert Moody of Pheonix Financial has helped me with two separate issues and is kind, courteous, and professional. I would recommend him to anyone.He and his assistant "held my hand" and helped me get a payment plan that I could afford and then when I missed a deadline of filing w-2s that my payroll company was supposed to have filed, he helped me get the civil penalty abated.

Problem Solved
I was behind on both payroll and personal taxes to the point I though it was an unsolvable situation. I called Josh Dudas at Phoenix Financial Group and he was able to stop all collection processes and work out a payment arrangement that I could afford and saved me a ton of money. I am now current and in good standing with the IRS thanks to Josh and the Phoenix Financial Group. They did an outstanding job!

It's beyond stressful when you run…
It's beyond stressful when you run afoul of the IRS. I cannot emphasize enough what a great company this is to work with. In particular, Daniel is knowledgeable, calm, and goes way above and beyond to make sure you get the very best assistance you could hope for. He works on your account like it was his own. The communication is fantastic, I don't think there was more than once or twice that he personally did not pick up the phone when I called. I really don't think you could find a better company to assist you.

Phoenix Financial Group saves the day
My employer didn't take out the correct amount of taxes from my last check and I was met with a massive tax bill. After calling Phoenix Financial Group, they were able to settle my case with the IRS and figure all this out for me. I am so grateful to them and all of their hard work.
