I love the blanket they've made for me! The production and delivery time was fantastic, the product is soft, good size for what I wanted (medium), it's well printed, communication was great… the "stitching" is printed not actually stitched, but for the price that's fine – I'm super happy! Funny pictures for a Christmas present which I know the recipient will love. Thank you guys! Will definitely use them again x
I contacted Photo Blanket via email with a query about the imaging on a blanket and received a reply to say they endeavour to reply to queries when the next available agent is free usually within 2-3 hours. SEVENTEEN days later I finally get a response from them without any apology for the delay and no solution to my query. Totally disappointing and unprofessional! Avoid!
Having read all the negative reviews I was worried about my order as it was a gift for an elderly uncle who is 90. I ordered the blanket on Friday night and received it on Tuesday great service. The blanket is perfect and compared to a friends blanket purchased from a different company costing much more I am delighted. Thank you very much for the service .
Very disappointed. Blanket is cheap and the photo quality on the blanket is terrible. The edges aren’t even cut in a straight line. I paid £45 for 2 blankets, not like it was cheap! Do not order from these. Total scam. Tried contacting them for a refund several times. They have completely ignored me.
I ordered 2 photo blankets on here for presents. I ordered charcoal, when they came they were tan and the material was very cheap. Despite emails going back and forth I am being palmed off with them saying it's just the light! I asked for a refund - they're trying to tell me I can have 40% off voucher for my next purchase (which clearly won't ever be happening) or 30% refund. I am now stuck with 2 blanket/throws that can't be used as nowhere near the correct colours and the cheap material will mean they won't last. Avoid at all costs
Awful customer service, they gave UPS an incorrect address for delivery, I contacted them and they said it seems right, even though the address on my confirmation of delivery was different and I know where I live!!! They told me nothing they can do and I have to contact UPS , I tried that and can’t change address with UPS I now have a missing parcel and the company don’t respond to emails, so can’t see me getting any money back or my parcel. Avoid at all costs!!!
Paid extra for express delivery as it was for a gift for my niece’s birthday. The item didn’t arrive on time (meaning my niece had no present from me to unwrap on the day). I received no email telling me it was running late, nor any response to my email asking where the package was. It finally arrived the following week. In the end (and this was after me sending three emails) I just received a refund of the difference between the two postage costs. No apology. I don’t think this was sufficient compensation for the poor customer service and inconvenience caused. Will never buy from this company again.
I ordered a blanket and was surprisingly very happy with it after reading some reviews. Good quality feel and imaging on the blanket. Good communication with delivery. Didn't have to wait too long. Will definitely buy from here again. Excellent product. Thank you
I placed an order and it was due for delivery 18th Jan. I had a confirmation it had been delivered by Amazon…it hadn’t, I am still chasing customer services on this 10 days later. I am now asking for a refund.

The first blanket that arrived two of the pictures were very pixelated , I now realise this was my fault I did not acknowledge the alert sign on completion page.I said I was not happy and I sent them a higher resolution of the two pictures and they printed another one for me free and I only had to pay postage.Seeing that it was my fault I thought this was very good of them with good communication between us.I am really pleased with the end result.
Absolutely outstanding.From creating our blanket to delivery was first class. I was really worried about how this would turn out but I’m delighted with the outcome. Definitely use again and certainly would recommend. My son has a blanket of memories of his family to take to Australia with hi . Thank you 👍
Wow super quick delivery went for the most popular size blanket happy with the size, quality of blanket it’s quite thin but it’s perfect for what I wanted to buy my friend as can be used all year round, very happy and will most definitely order from them again!
So bought a king size double duvet cover and 2 printed pillows they came when they said so was all good there, however after the first wash they started ripping normal wash 40 degrees!Sent photos to them all they could offer was -- 15% refund of the product cost if you can have it repaired locallyOR -- 20% Voucher of the product cost and you can redeem the Voucher for your future order with us and has no expiry definitely will not be buying from these again absolute con artists! I paid through PayPal so will hopefully go to them to try and get some kind of refund! Avoid at all costs! £140 down the drain and an upset partner!
I have just ordered a blanket for myself and had to contact them regarding something but there is no number or online chat to ask for help. Does anyone know how to delete their payment methods? I have tried and there is no where to do it
Wasn't kept informed on delivery until I kept enquiring. What it did arrive the image was stretched and seemed distorted to me . Colours not vibrant .
Packaging leaves a lot to be desired! Spent over £100 on a duvet and it arrived crushed in a plastic bag, wasn't even folded properly! Hence the low star rating. Duvet colours were vibrant though.
I ordered a photo blanket for a Christmas present, there was an issue with the delivery going missing… the team at Photo Blanket were amazing, they kept me updated and in the end made me a new order and had it shipped within a few days. I received my order today and I love it, brilliant quality and the perfect gift, I can’t wait to give it to my parents for Christmas! Would highly recommend this product!
Really Disappointed with this blanket. It cost me £32 including £5.99 delivery and it's of poor quality. I knew it was a single layer fleece but it's not stitched around the edges making it look as if it's not finished properly! I also paid extra for it not to have a label on it, but it has come with a QR code label which has scissor lines on for you to cut it off yourself...it looks awful! Apparently this isn't the label that I paid extra not to have on. I would definitely NOT order from these again
