I have had many books printed by this company and have never been unhappy with the final product.The program is easy to operate and discount vouchers are often available.

Excellent as always
Excellent as always. I love making the books and have lots over the past 10 or more years. Wouldn’t use any other site for photobooks.

Let down after over 10 years
I have been using Photobookshop for over 10 years and have ordered 3–5 photo books per year during that time.My most recent order was time-sensitive as my father was in palliative care. The website states a 2–7 working day production timeframe. After 7 working days had passed with no shipping confirmation, I contacted customer service. The book was shipped two additional business days later.I understand delays can happen, however there was no proactive communication, apology, or acknowledgment that the stated timeframe had not been met.Given the circumstances and the lack of customer care, this experience was very disappointing and I will be exploring alternative providers going forward.

I have now prepared 3 photo books using PhotobookShop and I am extremely happy with the results. The quality of the printing and finish of the books has been excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent customer service & easy to use application.
I am really happy with my latest photo album processed by PhotobookShop. The colours are great & very true to my original photos. The application is easy to use & has helpful tools, page styles etc.I have been with this company since 2011 & am prolific user of their website & I happily recommend them.They have excellent customer service.

The quality is excellent
The quality is excellent, and I love the way the photobook keeps on keeping on! I usually make up extras for the children so they can hopefully pass them on to their children as well.

This is about my eighth book
This is about my eighth book. My 120 paged A3 book is great. Takes a while to load photos up and arrange as I want to do it all myself but it's getting easier each time. In the process of making another album!Thanks

Gaslighting customers and deceptive practice. Overseas customer service who do not speak truth.
This company has some gone DRAMATICALLY DOWNHILL they used to be good I suspect they have been bought out. I had a canvas ordered on the 8th of December 2025 I STILL have not received it. I have had several dealings with the AI assistant and then transferred to a "human" assistant Andrea of which all "human" assistants are called. I have been given platitudes and frankly lies telling me it has been processed and is awaiting postage which has now been the case apparently for 4 weeks. I have now spoken to 2 agents who I now have been advised that is now a priority but I do not believe a word they say. The call centre is in another country the phone number you call is in another country and they once I asked do not have any access to the actual company. I will never deal with them again. I just want honest answers not get me off the phone answers and lies.

My eighth photobook and as always great quality
As usual an effortless transaction to purchase the voucher and even easier to upload my project. The best part was the beautiful quality photobook that came in the mail. Such unbelievably great value for money. Highly recommended to capture those memories.

Warning - Production Times are Terrible
Agree with the substantial complaints againts Photobookshop on the dreadful production waiting periods. If you are in need of a photobook within a month or two, or if it is for an important occasion, I would highly recommend you go to an alternate supplier. I have used photobookshop before and the quality is good, however it's clear they are still continuing to struggle with orders throughout 2025 and 2026. Communication on delays is non-existent, as statuses of your orders on the Website remained in limbo as 'In Production'. Emails are left unreplied and responses are extremely slow.

We have ordered a number of photo books…
We have ordered a number of photo books over the last few years and have generally been very pleased with the final result. However, this time round there were a couple of issues that should be addressed. The delivery time period was woeful. I ordered well before Xmas as a gift for a family member but had to send my book again as there was an issue around the downloading of contents. Delivery took well over 6 weeks which is really not acceptable even if Xmas period was during this time period . Once our book arrived the quality of the photo book was excellent but there were a number of pages where the corners were not stuck down . I think quality control has dropped a little and makes me consider other options for future photo books

Do not recommend
Had photo blocks done, was in contact and had 3 different sets of different sticky bits to reattach as they just kept falling off. None worked, they sent new blocks and they also fell off. The quality was terrible and the resolution was sending me a voucher for another purchase which I won’t be doing. Would not recommend them

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a HD lay flat hardcover photo book and it took 6 weeks to complete. Was meant to be a Christmas gift. Product order page said a 2 to 5 day turn around plus shipping time would mean I should of had it before Christmas. Unfortunately I didn't get it until late January. Product quality was as expected, but the prints are a lot darker than expected. This was my first time printing and that's apparently common, I'll know more for next time I print, so will know for next time, but this would have been nice to know during the curation phase of even in the product information before ordering or assembling the photos in the software. The customer service was the worst aspect of the entire order. Several attempts were made to find out what the delay was and after bypassing the online chat Boy and speaking with a customer service representative, the short story was I was told to keep waiting 3 times. They couldn't find out where it was in the production queue. If it was in production. When it would get started. No explanation. It wasn't until I found a phone number and called the store directly and spoke to a nice employee who got the project moving. I had the book 2 weeks later, 6 weeks post order date. Not the maximum of 10 that was expected.
