similar to other reviews, bought 3 items at great discount during sales period (50% off), I called customer support to triple-confirm everything was going to be shipped and got 3 firm YES, then next day one item is cancelled. Also one of the item received has a big stain on it, it is probably a display unit. They attract you with big discount, but be prepared to be unnerved
I placed first order on nov 5, got partial shipment around nov 20, half of my order was cancelled without a not, they give me back my money as gift cards, I placed second order and they shipped 2 out of 3 items. No support, phone is not working. Avoid this garbage store
