defective pillow, no cust svc
The expensive down pillows we got were shedding feathers at an alarming rate -- poking thru their cover as well as the thick cotton sham. I emailed, posted on their FB page (quickly deleted), tried instant chat. They'd respond, asking for a photo -- i sent one and radio silence. It has been months of me trying to track them down to return these. ZERO response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

4 weeks to deliver from 1 hour away
I ordered this pillow 4 weeks ago. It said it was shipped 3 weeks ago from a location 1 hour from my home. Still don't have it. No response to my emails, website chat, Instagram, Facebook (they deleted my FB post). I love supporting companies with made in the USA products but this one is just a scam.
