Even when FedEx delivered our order to some unknown place, the went out of their way to make it right. I would definitely order from them again!

NOT CSA/UL certified for Canada
These lights are from China directly and may not be CSA/UL certified for Canada installation. A light came broken to me and not technically legal to instal in Canada, even though I bought on their website in Canadian dollars. Ping refused to refund the whole light because they deemed the light fixable by me. I asked them to exchange it for a new one, also refused. We finally settled on a partial refund, for a light I don’t want to use. Their led lights are also not all dimmable. I didn’t even try to complain about another light that I learned that from after installing it.

I was initially wary because of some of the negative reviews, but I must say it has been a very good experience purchasing from this company. The customer service from Leslie in particular has been excellent. Leslie has promptly responded to all my queries. The tracking details were clear and the chandelier looked beautiful. There was a small issue with the actual chandelier being slightly different from what was shown on the website, but Leslie/ Ping Lighting quickly accepted that the issue was on their end and offered a solution to it. Overall very satisfied and happy to use again.

Highly recommend Ping Lighting
Highly recommend Ping Lighting. We ordered the Drilon Nordic Minimalist Morandi Matte Metal / Glass Pendant Light For Kitchen Island, great quality, arrived ahead of schedule. Post order, I dealt with Janice in customer service as one of glass shades was damaged, likely in transit. Janice was great to deal.

responsive and helpful customer service
UPDATE Feb 2026:Ping lightning support was very responsive and eager to help. In the end, we received a full refund.------------------------------------Just bought 3 light fixtures from Ping. They arrived almost 2 months later. The product did not match the image on the website, and the quality was horrible. Examples: the rings of metal in the fixtures were held together by hot glue (I kid you not!). Little surprise that the metal rings were coming apart, and you could see the hot glue underneath. Strands of hot glue were on the canvas of the light fixture (the canvas also had jagged cut marks- like it was roughly hand cut). The dimensions also did not match the specs on the site. We paid $259 for each fixture (bought 3 total) that should have cost no more than $15 based on what we received. When we contacted them, we were told that the quality of the metal is such that the only way they can put it together is by using hot glue. They told us to fix it ourselves and offered a total of $30 for our trouble.

I placed an order in April and still waiting for a refund after months of negotiating and emailing weekly I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I run a small design business and would never ever work with this company again, don't let the cheap prices fool you!

Beware of Ping Lighting: Damaged Goods and False Advertising
Beware of Ping Lighting! Sconce came damaged and was a clear knock-off of the sconce sold by Wayfair even though Ping Lighting used Wayfair's exact sconce photo and dimensions on a cut-out sheet. We requested return authorization due to the damage and that the dimensions were not the same as advertised. Some of Ping Lighting's ridiculous responses: Place the damaged sconce in an inconspicuous place or give it to a friend, repair it ourselves, send them of photo of where we planned to install it as proof that it was too large for the space.When we insisted on returning it, they sent us an incomplete address in China with. No name, street or building address, only the city, province, country and zip code with a warning that any returns with incomplete shipping information would be returned to sender.

Quality Product, Packaging, and Customer Service
This is a quality product! We were looking to buy a similar sconce at Pottery Barn but the finish that my client wanted was on backorder. Ping had the product in stock and offered expedient free shipping. When my client wanted more detailed updates on the expected delivery date, their customer service team followed up promptly with excellent, detailed information. When our goods arrived, they were packed very well and in excellent condition. We had everything we needed for an electrician to install with no issues.I will definitely be looking to source here for more lighting products in the future!

Customer service (Anya) was great! She was very prompt in replying to my inquiry about the item I was interested in purchasing and provided clear information about the item. She also offered to provide the additional length of cable we needed free of charge. This is my 2nd purchase from Ping and the service and products have been great.
