Tone Deaf Management
Tried to cancel my membership in middle of March. Was told to email and I did my cancellation request. Was then told I needed to scan and send my signature with more info to cancel. I was charged annual fee as of April 1st but was told by the Assistant Manager Surrey King George store that too late. Their policy is 7 days prior notice even though I attempted to cancel on the 19th of March. Not fair for people who don't have access to scanners and the Assistant Manager was tone deaf. I also would like to add that they breached my privacy last year by sending an email to me and 100 other members sharing our personal information. Barely received an apology for that. Poor customer service and very bad Management.
