Plumbers Stock is a great place to get your plumbing parts. I have used them several times and been very satisfied with their service. My recent order was took longer to ship die to parts availability but I received several emails letting me know about it which I really appreciated. Francis called me regarding my credit card I had on file and was very professional and helpful in getting the matter resolved. Whenever I need a special plumbing part, Plumbers Stock is my supplier of choice.

Returning for service
The service rep, Jared, was terrific. He was very responsive and easy to work with.The product is a God-send for those of use with chronic GI symptoms.I do have a complaint with the company: the user guide was not clearly written - it seemed like non-English instructions translated into English. Further, a product with components, one would expect to be prepared for returns and I needed to ask poor Jared for everything - how do I ship it back? Do I need a return label? How do I disconnect what needs to be sent back without breaking it? How do I pack it up? (very oblong shape)I think having a "information packet" for returns would expedite returns and make things easier for both the rep and the user.One frustration to be aware of, if there is no interaction for 5 days, you receive a "closure" of the issue - a little disconcerting if you are waiting on a response.BUT, I received the unit back - and I am still thrilled with the product!

I ordered a hot water tank on a Wed, it said it was in stock and ready to ship, by Fri it still had no shipped, l called customer service Francis to cancel the order for l needed the item ASAP. Francis was very courteous and understanding. This Co has very good policies in place.

Weeks of waiting and they sent me a used part.2/1
I ordered the part online because it showed as in stock, but it took several weeks before it was even handed over to the shipping company. I called and left a voicemail and never received a response. The part took at least six weeks to arrive, and when I finally opened the package, it was clearly used and broken. This was the worst experience I've had ordering plumbing parts online from any site.

VERY MISLEADING..
VERY MISLEADING... They advertise very agressive pricing, much better then competition, then add unrealistic shipping cost to make up the difference. in my case they wanted over $550.00 to ship a toilet! Really speaks to trust and fairness

🛑🛑FALSE ADVERTISING🛑🛑
On 01/14/2026 I purchased 2 Delta shower heads for $15.44 each. PlumbersStock placed my order with the manufacturer, verified payment with my financial institution and was preparing my order for shipment.After multiple emails and direct phone messages, PlumbersStock insists the product has never been received from the manufacturer. Despite increasing the purchase price on the PlumbersStock website by $100.35!It is now nearly a month later on 02/08/2026 and I still haven’t received anything. Although PlumbersStock did manage to advise me that I may cancel my order, if I choose to!
