If you see any property that has point…

If you see any property that has point to home as its agency just run.This is the worst estate agents in the entire United Kingdom and I’m very sure in the world.They send people into your apartment without any prior notice and when questioned they claimed it was an emergency. As I am typing this message I currently don’t have a shower in my bathroom because they came and removed the shower, saying they wanted to replace it but didn’t have any replacement. They are blaming the delivery company for not delivering the replacement in time. I have to go two days without having a bath.Infact the heater in my bathroom stopped working since April and they refused to fix it and we are in December. I am not making this up. These guys are the worst, and I will be making an official complaint.

They Say they have new units but they don’t

Every day they send notifications saying 10 new rentals available in line with what I am looking for.Every day they are the exact same ones that they showed right from the first day. If they don’t have new ones then don’t send anything.

Risk having your agent account closed if you complain about poor service.

We were a loyal Point2Agent client for over 11 years. In the last couple of years we had repeated problems with not receiving email notifications for new leads. We complained and it was eventually fixed after several weeks, but we received no apology or compensation for the hundreds of leads we lost and they tried to blame the problem on us, suggesting we send spam and that had caused us to not receive their emails (?). We don't send spam, we have an excellent sender reputation and don't use Point2 to send any emails, so there is no way they would know what emails we are sending anyhow. When we pointed this out they could not give any clear technical explanation and clearly did not know what they were talking about. Exactly the same thing then happened again, causing us to miss even more leads and we were given the same opaque excuse. When we complained more forcefully they simply decided to close our account completely and kicked us off their platform altogether. They used the excuse that we are not a "licensed broker", even though we are a transaction broker and fulfil all legal and licensing requirements in the jurisdiction in which we promote properties. They also hadn't had a problem with this position for the previous 11 years we had already been a customer.Appalling way to treat a longstanding customer. Stay clear.
