The platform mas misleading with…
The platform mas misleading with guiding the survey design, leading to something that biased the sample. Then when I complained asking to refund for the missing sample that I would need to fix this, the support team was unable to understand the situation and didn't solve a single thing

Survey results came back very quickly
Survey results came back very quickly, and are comprehensive. Good response rate but not perfect audience identification, I got many responses from people outside my target audience.

A very satisfied new client
I am a new client and came in with a very urgent request to set up concept tests and get results to inform strategy with a total 6-day timing for field, clean, analyze and deliver. I think we might be able to pull it off! That meant setting up as a client, learning the Pollfish platform and Insights Builder platform. I can't believe the client service that has been provided to me over the last 5 days. It has been best in class. I am so thrilled to be working with Susan Stacy, Will and Victoria for holding my hand on this critical project.Extra shout out to Susan and Will for going above and beyond over the weekend to keep me moving along on this project. Overall I like it
Overall I like and appreciate the service. It helps a lot with finding out what a particular demo feels about various issues, and helps us narrow down our ad targeting. Only minor complaint is that it tends to be expensive to get granular, even with just 100 people responding.

Loved using Pollfish
The Pollfish team got in touch promptly to guide me through the set up of my survey. The email notifications are great to avoid having to log-in to the platform to see the completion %.Overall the experience was pleasant, I was surprised at how quickly we got everything up and running.

Disappointing Experience with Pollfish – Invalid Survey Results
“We will not be using it again.”First, the Pollfish interface has certain limitations, such as the inability to set required/optional questions, no option to go back to the previous page, and an overall less intuitive survey editing process. More importantly, the quality of the collected survey results was extremely poor: surveys designed to take 3–5 minutes were completed by more than half of the respondents in just 1–2 minutes. These responses are clearly invalid, if not fraudulent. In this situation, how can we possibly continue using this platform?Overall, our experience with Pollfish was very disappointing. May I ask if it is possible to request a refund for the invalid survey responses?

The website is intuitive to use. I was able to create my own survey very easily. When validating the survey and before processing the payment, Pollfish gives you valuable feedback on the structure of the survey and the target audience, so you can improve it before publishing it. This helped me spend my money more wisely and target the right audience.The results dashboard is just great. You can filter responses and view them in different ways depending on how you want to use and analyze the data.Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience for what I consider to be a fair price (about CHF 300.- for 100 responses)
