The ordering process was seamless—we placed our order online and received the couch about three weeks later. It looks beautiful uncovered, though we usually keep it protected since we have two small dogs and want to avoid scratches. As for comfort, I’d say it’s fair.
We ordered a brown leather sofa. Very happy with the order! Sofa is great quality and perfect size. Well-made. The order arrived very quickly. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend.

Great sofa, very comfy. I think it’s going to hold up well. The fabric is soft and has visual depth. Price was great, delivery was fast. All we had to do was install the legs. Easy!

My Frenchie has a sensitive back and I wanted something for the end of our bed that was both stylish and functional he could use to jump up and down. The minor scuffs he has already put on it have only added character and depth and I am very pleased with this purchase.
The quality of this leather sleeper sectional is outstanding. The construction is sturdy and the materials are comfortable and soft. We love everything about this couch. It beats everything we have seen at our local furniture stores.

I have now had our leather sofa and set of 8 dining chairs from Poly & Bark for 5+ years and they are just fantastic. They get a lot of use from dogs, toddlers, rambunctious kids, and heavier adults, and they are just solid and comfortable. The leather gets scratched up as all leather does but cleans up beautifully with a little TLC. The cushions of the couch are still full and comfortable even with daily use. The prices are reasonable and delivery on time. I will return again and again!
From the moment we saw this couch online, from friends who recommended the couch, we fell in love! We have two French Bulldogs and they're a BEAST but we heard this couch stands up to impacts like them and it's been true to date. The customer service, delivery and overall support from the Poly & Bark team has been excellent! I'm considering buying other pieces of furniture also from them!
