Growth in customer service! Fantastic Products
I was a little worried about where my order was as I did place in December but after speaking with Jessica she assured me it was out for delivery and even followed up to make sure I received the order and I received it and can’t wait to do more business with them here in the near future!

I still have not received my order…
I still have not received the porcelain sign I ordered in December; almost 3 months ago. Porcelain Ad had not reached out to update me; I have had to send inquiries via emails at least twice. The only reason I gave them a second star is because they have answered my inquiries promptly and have promised my sign will arrive soon. Fingers crossed.

It took 2 1/2 MONTHS to receive my order. I contacted them on numerous occasions and was told the problem was with the USPS pick up and they couldn’t do anything about it. No apologies, just excuses. When I asked why they couldn’t just bring the item to the Post Office themselves and asked for a refund suddenly the item was delivered. They need to work on their operations and customer service. That said, I will say the sign I ordered is good quality as advertised.

I was very optimistic about my order. WRONG!
I was very optimistic about my order.Company presented very nice seemingly high-quality products.I made a pretty significant order.The company isn’t far from me, geographically, so I expected fairly quick receipt of my order.Several weeks after the order was placed and paid for, I reached out for status. And was shockingly told that everything is custom produced per order.I was amazed, since it looked like an extensive catalog of product, nor did any verbiage that I saw say that the order would be produced, rather than out of inventory.When I asked about that, I received what I perceived a rather smug response.And was promised a 2 to 3 month delivery.To which I was very disappointed about.Yet my disappointment continued, when that timeline came and went, and still no product. And, very little in the way of Updates.To which I had to initiate the inquiry’s.I asked for a refund, and ultimately had to protest on my credit card the charge.Then I went on Amazon and ordered three products and received them all within 10 to 14 days.The Amazon order may have been lesser quality, but certainly not a frustrating process.I’d be very hesitant about ordering from these folks.

Who knows if it will ever get here
I ordered a sign on November 20, 2025 and here it is March 6, 2026 and I still do not have the sign. 3 1/2 months is way too long to wait for something that you pay for up front. I was so excited to give this to my husband for Christmas, then his birthday in February and now I am thinking March anniversary. Heck if I ever get it, it may be a Christmas present for 2026. I would have continued to order from them if this experience wasn’t so bad. Last message yesterday said it has not even shipped yet. Unfortunate that they have not been more successful in getting their orders to the customer.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!I ordered a sign June of 2025 and still have yet to receive it! It is now march of 26! I have attempted emailing and phone calls with very sporadic responses and excuses as to why my sign has not shipped. I have been patient and understanding. Now it looks like im out 700 dollars. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT use them for ANYTHING! i should have done my research before i spent my money with them.

Well where do I start I have sent lots of emails .and no one answers. Right along with phone calls. No one will give me an update on my order and I’ve ordered it four months ago.

Took 3plus weeks
Took 3 weeks. Communication was allful. My wife ordered a sign and never got it. After 4 weeks finally got her money back. Will not buy again.

Owner said he would refund my money …
Owner said he would refund my money back if I wanted it. He did not. It became apparent that this was at best just a big mess run by someone who had no management skills, or something much worse! Apple Pay has given me a conditional refund.The owner has x number of days to resolve. I did not research this ____ bag before I sent him over $800.00 dollars.DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!LOOK AT THE REVIEWS!

Still waiting on my order.
I placed my first order and was very happy with the items. Placed a second order at the end of December 2025 and as of 2/18/2026 still have not received my signs. I know they are having growing pains so I'm trying to be patient but I really want my items!!

Stay away!....zero communication
Stay away!....zero communication....they do not return phone calls or emails.....I placed an order in October 2025 and then cancelled when I got no communication from them on a $4,000 order .....I made a dispute with AMX but since it was past their cancellation window ( which was like 24-48 hours I only got half my money back.....of course it was past their return window as I was trying to contact someone to no avail.Be aware some of the reviews may not be real

I ordered 3 signs in October
I ordered 3 signs in October, repeatedly tried to contact them both via the phone, via email and via their website and not once did anyone get back to me. In the time I made my order, I received 113 emails trying to get me to buy more, general ads. They sent two emails, not personalized to my order but saying they had ordering issues and phone issues. And then one saying they are 'catching up'. Yet still blasting emails out for more orders when they can't fulfill the existing one.
