After over 7 years of loyal service, booted off for not using a mobile!
After over 7 years of loyal service, to a high standard, diligently completing their postal surveys, I am now being thrown off because I do not use a mobile when sending items. You do not get reimbursed for the costs of using your mobile. As I am on a PAYG plan, every time I posted an item I would incur charges for which I would not be reimbursed. They are expecting panellists not on PAYG plans to use their own mobiles out of their own data allowances. This is discrimination against people who do not use mobiles.It is a poor way to treat such long loyalty.
