THEY DO NOT RETURN CALLS AFTER THEY COLLECT YOUR MONEY
We ordered an engine August 14, 2024 which was supposed to be shipped in 7-10 business days. When we attempted to contact the salesperson, Greg, no return calls until we left a message saying I need my money back or a return phone call from him Now we received a call from Richard Greene in part department saying they were backed up in the parts department and will be a little longer. It is now 12/18/2024 with no return phone calls received nor answered, and Out of $4500 with no Engine Replaced. I would tell everyone Run from this Company. They don't do Good Business. We ordered an engine August 30, 2024 which was supposed to be shipped in 7-10 business days. When we attempted to contact the salesperson, Greg, no return calls until we left a message that we were going to cancel our payment. Now we received a call from Richard Greene in part department. He asked for all kind of information now. We supplied 15 pictures. When we attempted to contact Richard Greene no success. His voicemail was filled for over a week. No other resources available. We did cancel our payment and we received full refund from the bank in 10 days. The company never responded to the bank attempts either. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. Do not believe the "valid" reviews on their website. This company has 4 total reviews, and all are 1-star

Stay far away from this company. They (Rick Green) promised me an engine in two weeks, because he said it was in stock. After they received full payment fo the engine, it took them over 2 months to deliver it. I then had to call them for weeks to pick up the old engine which was in my mechanic's small shop. They promised $450 dollars for my old engine and it's been almost 4 months and they haven't returned any of my calls or given me a reason why they took my engine (the core) and didn't give back the $450 dollars that they promised once I signed a contract with them. They have been nothing but a nightmare for me.

If your reading this your most likely in a pickle with your vehicle and wondering if you should give them a chance regardless of all the negative reviews. I tried to give them a chance to do the right thing regardless of the reviews I read so I blame myself for getting in the situation. I can't say this loud enough DONT purchase anything from them, because they won't respond once they have your money to include not giving you a core refund for the old part which is like $400 once turned in. They purchase they parts from Fraser so just buy past them and cut out the middle man. There mail box is always full when trying to leave them message and when you text them they don't reply only when trying to get your business. For my fellow military members please heed my warning. The products are good but the customer service is the worse I have seen plus they are thieves. Sincerely Angry Customer

Be aware when buy online in this company ! Alert you can lost your money and your time
Be aware when buy online !!!! super bad experience with this company “ Power train USA and warranty department” !!!! I buy a new engine en June 2023 that cost us over 5 thousand dollars, the engine came damage . This engine was for a commercial truck and we buyed new to get the truck function quickly we can’t lost time , time lost is money lost. The situation was report to the company , we made a claim . It was like a pin pon ball calling the company and the warranty After more than 10 email, 25 call including calling with the manager of the shop where I bring the truck, and more than 35 text the warranty tell us they can’t do nothing that the company have to resolve our situation, the company tell us they can’t do nothing that is supposed to be the warranty . That engine was buyed for a comercial truck , and in this waiting and pin pon game they had with us ,we lost more money that the engine cost. Plus the bad time talking with rude people of the warranty department or personal that transfer to one extension to another to finally said they can’t do nothing. Be aware is so frustrated work with this situation.
