Overall disappointed.
Overall, they did a good job; however, I noticed they didn't exactly follow APA guidelines for in-text citations. For example They included initials. For examaple they allowed J.W. Smith et al., 2025 versus Smith et al., 2025. My instructor told me this isn't the APA 7 approach. Also, they missed some key points in my feedback about maintaining the same alignment, for example. Instead of me saying things like happy, happier, and happiness, everything had to be in alignment with "happy," rather than interchanging happier and happiness. Also, there was still feedback from my instructor, such as that things remain less clear, that there were some improvements, and that it missed the original point present in the document I provided.

Szamor and his team were wonderful. Not sure what to expect up front or even ask for, they guided me through the process, answered any questions I had and assured me they would there with me until all was well. My university has it's own set of guidelines and although not outrageous, were specific.
