I have been using Tirzepatide with Premium Health for the past yeah and a half. This has been the best decision I have made. The customer service is high quality including the knowledge of the representatives. The quality of the medication is also very reliable and I receive my packages very quickly.
September 12 reached out to stop my shipments. I notified them months B4 that I was dropping my dosage. My last 2 shipments came with expiration dates B4 the intended use dates as well. So, once I had overstock I asked for shipments to stop until I needed more medicine. Was then asked to send pictures of my medicine so that "they could determine whether shipments would stop." Finally mid October they agree to stop but I they are NOT honoring the correct amount of credit for the last 2 shipments with too close of expiration dates. Based on quarterly payments I should only owe for 1/3 of my payment however they said they are going to charge me close to 2/3 of my quarterly payment. I was also informed that I will be billed for the months I DON'T even need meds shipped due to my back stock. I requested my meds stop on September 12 and still haven't gotten anywhere.

Premium Health has been ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! The ladies in customer service talk to me like a best friend does, not just a customer or number. They always call me back when ever I have a question not to mention check up on me to see how my weight loss journey is going. Premium Health is the ONLY weight loss establishment that I will ever go to and you should too! You won’t be disappointed!
I tried several different online providers before I found Premium Health, and what a huge difference. Premium Health's service, quality, and personal attention have been outstanding. I can't say enough good things about them. And the quality of the medication is better than the brand, which I also tried but couldn't justify the cost. I have referred others who are also thrilled with them, so my experience is not unique. If you're considering any of their services don't hesitate - they are outstanding and you won't regret choosing them.
I’ve been on Glp-1 for a year and have nothing negative to say about the medication or Premium Health. Premium Health has been great. They are responsive, reasonable and kind. I would recommend people that are interested in glp-1’s to reach out.
This company is easy to work with. My experience from applying for the semaglutide to the shipment and how to use it was very thorough and informative. I got all my shots on time. They were always a call/text away if I had any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this company.
The reviews must be fake.. I didnt even get my last months meds. When I complained they say we gave you 2 months back in April..also the meds was good when I started they switched companies and the sema was weak. Hard to cancel they insist on 30 days then don't answer the phone
I reach my goal losing weight, very minor side effects that did not affect my everyday life. Premium health is very responsive with their communications and very thorough.
Ended up finding out last minute my insurance would cover my meds, so I went that route. But they were the most professional , kind and best customer service I’ve ever experienced and I wasn’t even a member when speaking. And they price match. Highly recommend !!

So glad I found Premium Health . They have been very helpful in my weight loss journey. I did my homework and reviewed several companies and Premium Health had what I was looking for . I started back in August after a not so positive experience with another company where in a year and a half , I had only lost 15 lbs. After I filled out the quiz, and was accepted into the program and had a tele med conference with a Dr , she asked me my goals and issues I was having. I cannot exercise due to back issues and a knee replacement that needs a revision so I asked premium health for their assistance. They prescribed Tirzepatide and I lost 40 lbs over 8 months. Not too fast , but at a healthy rate. Remember, everyone’s journey is different and any issues or questions I’ve had, premium Health has always responded quickly either by text or by phone. If you’re on the fence, don’t be…. I get compliments all the time and my clothes that I used to wear.
Great customer service
I used this company very expensive 🫰 however I did loose almost 70 pounds in 1 year so I would say worth the money. I mean I have a chronic disorder that prevents me from working out so with this medication I was able to loose the weight I needed.
I have been using this company for a while. All good until I requested an update to a delivery date. A simple request. They refuse to assist. Refusing to take any responsibility. Blaming it on FedEx or the pharmacy. Extremely poor customer service. Not a good company to deal with if you ever actually need help.
I was with Premium Healthcare for approximately 1 year. I had great success and lost 75 lbs with their assistance. Their customer service is excellent. The do routine follow ups to see how you're doing. The medication always arrived on time without any delays.I was very pleased with Premium Healthcare. I highly recommend Premium to anyone looking for a successful weight loss program.
