Sale and customer service were fantastic. Kathy was especially helpful in assisting us in resolving an issue we had with our range. She was there for us all the way in working with the manufacture, intervening and working with the manufacturing team. We've had a lot of positive customer service, but Kathy went the extra mile. I am a first-time customer with Premium Home Source and I enjoyed the whole experience. I was searching for a brand new knife set and I couldn’t narrow down what to get. I called in and spoke with Alex, and asked about the different brands and kinds of knives. Very knowledgeable and patient fella as I had a lot of questions. I ended up ordering a ZWILLING knife set and it delivered in 2 days! Shipping was fast and arrived in perfect condition - it even came with a personalized note from Premium Home Source thanking me for their order. I’ve been using the knives now for about a week and they are professional chef-life quality and I have a knife for cutting everything from meats to fish to veggies! Feels like I am a Michelin star chef. I’ll definitely be shopping here again.

We were undergoing a kitchen remodel and ordered 4 Forno appliances in all white. Customer service agent, Vanessa, was very helpful along the way coordinating our order questions and a delayed delivery date due to construction. The appliances arrived on time. The delivery crew was very careful inspecting each item as they unpacked it, also taking photos of the unpacked units. No damage was noted. They were excellent. Once our new flooring was installed, the appliances were installed and we turned everything on to make sure they worked which they did. Vanessa was a gem to work with. Very patient and taking the time in her busy world to explain the process ahead of time. Overall experience was excellent and would highly recommend!Allen P
We ordered an electric black w/ brass 36” range for a kitchen remodel. The range is very attractive with a smooth glass top it’s mixed with some stainless steel. We havnt installed it yet so I will update this review when we do. The customer service was very responsive & easy to communicate with. Ordering was simple. Delivery was not as smooth, because our home is located down a dirt road on acreage, the driver told us they would come back with a small truck but didn’t tell us there would be a $450 fee for use of a smaller truck. Premium hone source waved the fee for us after I explained. Just make sure to let the co. Know ahead of time if you have special delivery needs that should be worked out ahead of time. So far we are very happy & shout out to Anna for helping with the delivery process.

We purchased an entire kitchen of Forno appliances (range, MW, DW, Fridge, hood) from Premium Home Source. The experience was a pleasant surprise as this was our 1st with ordering such large items from a web source. The delivery experience was excellent. With several months of use, we are happy to report that we are delighted with the quality, design, performance of the Forno appliances. Each in its own right deserves a writeup, but the stand out has been the 30" Capriasca french door range. This unit is a sleeper in the high end range category. The five, 1000BTU-20,000BTU matching brass burners are a delight to use and they DO actually allow a true simmer! The control is smooth and easy to set to exactly the heat desired. FYI, these burners are of the 3 jet, true dual ring burner design. Given that each burner can be throttle from simmer to blast furnace, having all five be identical eliminates that hassle of moving between burners. FYI, having a proper vent hood and make up air setup with this range is NOT optional. The five burners can output 100,000BTU so forget over the range microwaves as they would NOT survive, plus the oven is another 30,000BTU. Yes, the grates are VERY heavy, requiring two handed removal/replacement which we don't see as a negative as this is a professional class range! The include griddle has gotten far more use than anticipated. Having the two burners underneath really gives a lot of control and the thermal mass of the griddle makes for even searing and browning. We love the french doors on the oven and at least our experience has NOT exposed even a hint of control knob heating issues from the oven, even with extensive use of the oven during the holidays. The oven is spot on accurate. I tested it from 150 degrees to 450 degrees and found it to regulate within 15 degrees and it NEVER overshoots the set temp! The infrared broiler is amazing due to its large size and even output. The 3 roller baking racks are so NICE. We bake with the convection fan quite a bit and it works extremely well. Bottomline, the Capriasca is a high quality, well designed, well made range offering specifications and performance on par with ranges costing twice to three times (IMHO). Lastly, we ordered all the appliances in the black/antique brass and love the look. Our cabinets are an extremely dark chocolate, bordering on black, and the appliances blend in perfectly. We have owned other high end appliances in several kitchens so choosing Forno was a bit a gamble, but I liked what I saw plus the pricing was well below other high end brands. No regrets on our decision.
PHS went above and beyond what I expected. I ordered a full suite of Forno kitchen appliances in white. After a day or so I regretted my decision and wished I had gotten black but figured (given how awful most company's customer service reps are) that I was stuck with them. I decided to send a quick email anyway to see if I could swap white for black and to my surprise not only did they return my email but they actually accommodated my wish! Then came delivery, and I specifically withheld my review of PHS until the delivery was final and all appliances were here and inspected. The delivery team was very, very polite and they (without attitude) opened every single box for me to inspect before they left. I would 100% do business with them again! Thank you, PHS!

Premium Home Source is AMAZING! I have never ordered from them until now, but found their name online when I was looking for specific appliances. I am SO impressed with them! From the beginning, everyone at PHS has been so friendly, professional and accommodating. They have been so patient with me during my renovation and have helped tremendously with my always-changing, construction schedule. I want to especially mention ALEX! He has been helping me from the beginning and has been like a 'private concierge' for me. I have his direct phone number and have contacted him multiple times and he is prompt to respond, SO kind and has gone above and beyond to help me with my appliances and delivery schedule, etc. It is so nice to have a direct contact to always be able to count on when ordering online. I have never experienced that with any other company. I am SO impressed with Premium Home Source and Alex. If anyone is looking for appliances or anything related to kitchen and home needs, Premium Home Source is the BEST company ever! I've always ordered any of my home needs from the big box stores in the past. But, anytime I need appliances in the future, I will always buy from PHS. For the past few months we have been dealing with PHS and to say we are displeased is an understatement. We have already returned 1 48" Fridge/Freezer due to not providing proper and the 2nd one different brand we recieved doesn't work and they refuse to resolve the issue by returning. There might be 2 agents that work there that actually help customers. I do not recommend.

Great customer service. Had issue with Forno oven and Forno was dragging their feet and not responding while still under warranty. I had to personally cover the cost of the repair, around $500, and Premium Home Source reimbursed me as Forno was not responding. Great to work with, fast response time, and quick solutions. Recommend Forno based on product quality for the most part, but not for their customer service. Thankfully PHS picked up their slack in that area. Will use PHS again for future appliance needs.
