Outstanding support from start to finish.
Working with PrintGlobe was a delight from start to finish. It's easy to say that a company is great when things go smoothly, but it's how the PrintGlobe team reacted to a shipping error that made them outstanding. I got someone else's order by accident, and Lee at PrintGlobe fixed the problem really quickly. My order was pretty small, and the folks at PrintGlobe treated me like I was their only customer. You all at PrintGlobe are amazing.

Very Disappointed
Very Disappointed! The project was promised by a particular date. It is now 3 WEEKS late. They also extorted an additional $3000 to "rush" the job so we would have it on time. This delay will cost us in lost donations to a time sensitive food drive. They will not be called again.

Exceptional service
Print Globe and Susan, their sales representative, went above and beyond to make my request possible. I asked for something that seemed impossible, and Susan offered solutions. She was flexible and creative in getting me what I needed, and I am extremely grateful to her and Print Globe for their amazing service. Above all, I was treated like I was the biggest customer they had, even though it was a smaller job and I was a first-time customer. I cannot recommend Print Globe enough, whether you are a business or individual. If you are stuck with a job that seems impossible, please try Print Globe.

Coasters came out great. Proofer warned me I had submitted medium-resolution artwork (Hi-rez artwork was stuck in my graphics designers outbox!)I provided some instructions about my artwork and they were followed exactly.

Fantastic Customer Service
The first printing of this order was not correct. Portions of the print area were missing on the design. PrintGlobe immediately took ownership of the issue, corrected the issue, reprinted and reshipped within 4 days! Thank you for your fantastic customer support!

Personalized napkins for daughter's weddding
The 500 personalized cocktail napkins arrived ahead of the expected date and were lovely. It was easy to upload my jpeg image, select my color and quantity. I think they will be a special touch at my daughter's wedding reception. Your personal service was appreciated.
