Priority Home Warranty has consistently delivered exceptional service whenever we've needed it. Their team is not only friendly but also highly professional in handling our home warranty claims. This Company is a ripoff!

This Company is a ripoff!! We had 2 claims in 2 years and they never paid our repair person on one and they always say its our fault, poor maintenance. NOT!!! PHONE number is out of order and so is the website. We just lost our money.

This company is a scam.

I've had this policy for about a year now. I've had one claim for a leaky washer that's still leaking to this day. Multiple service calls and now I'm trying to call once again and I find that their website portal is there but I can't log into it, I get a 403 error. The phone number on the website doesn't work. I had to google for a legit phone number and as per usual, I get the answering service that is staffed by the most unhelpful lot. I have placed multiple calls and have yet to receive one and you can't ask for a manager because there just isn't one. I also found that they stopped charging my policy premium for last two months so do I even have a policy any more?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! TOTAL SCAMI paid more than 4k for my multiple rental properties. Now When I tried to file a claim, their phone is nonexistent, online claim portal is down. email service not working. This is a total scam.

Priority Home NO Service

I’ve had the policy since March 2022. Made first claim in February 2023. According to my account, my last call to Priority was June 2020. My first and only claim is date December 12, 2023. If Priority’s dates look funky, it’s because they are! I haven’t heard from them about the claim. The phone numbers don’t work. I can’t find an email address. The Contact button on the website doesn’t work. I have no way to contact Priority. I want my money back! It’s no good having a warranty if I can’t get service!

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!

bought a new home had this for just in case. They do nothing they won't send anyone to do repairs or even answer the phone. been asking for a refund since October 10, 2022. They say they will e mail a form but never happens. Called again today spoke with Natalia said they would send the e mail still has not happened.This company is a scam DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Biggest Scam I have faced in this…

Biggest Scam I have faced in this country. I bought Amy new house in October 2022 and paid 6 years of warranty for $2802.41 in advance for 6 yeas of warranty. The name of the sales person was Chase Alexander whose telephone is now disconnected. I placed a claim by mid December 2022 and never got a call back from them. Their telephones are not functional and they are not answering emails. I wonder how and I can get my money back? Who is the irresponsible and corrupt owner of this company. He/she should be sued and fined.

Priority Home Warranty has disappeared! Their website is gone, their phones are all disconnected and yet they are still debiting payments. If anyone is attempting to file a claim based on their contracts, best of luck. They ran and our money did too.

Biggest Scam

Biggest Scam. I purchased the warranty and paid upfront for 6 years. I will be suing these people no matter how much it’s going to cost. Just 6 months into the contract and no one responds to any of my calls or emails. They lock everyone’s phone number when they decide it’s time to stope servicing your home. The owners and those in charge must be punished and pay back what they owe to all customers.

SCAM

This company's customer service number no longer works, keep getting message not a working number 888-8121060. Poor customer service when I filed a claim. They take too long to service claim. I had to pay for repairs myself just to get it done. I then called them back for refund. They said they have to have some claim account manager to call me back to finalize the refund. No one called. I call them and keep getting same response. Then suddenly their phone doesn't work. I thought they blocked me so I tried from different mobile numbers and same results. Stay away from this company. I don't know if they went bankrupt or what.

STAY AWAY!

I purchased this warranty for my homebuyers and it has been nothing short of disappointing. The phone number automatically disconnects when you try to call them, emails go unanswered & this is just to get my home buyers information added to the account! There’s no claims to be made! I am cancelling the contract and going with another service because I do NOT trust that this company will be trustworthy.

Please find a better warranty company

I have made 2 claim with this warranty company and they the worst in the business. Customer service are no help and they are always talking about there system are down. Please shop around. They are a lot better company out there.

Priority Home Warranty they've always…

Priority Home Warranty they've always been right there for us any time we have had to use them. They're very friendly and they're just very very professional. I used it recently on my air conditioner. My experience with the guy they sent out was awesome. He addressed the problem immediately, no questions asked. He took care of the problem with no issues. Every time they have sent someone out, they've just been very professional and have addressed the problem immediately.
