His dedication to his craft was evident, and I felt confident leaving my device in his capable hands.Upon inspection, it was determined that the fault lay with an aftermarket cable purchased from eBay. Jack promptly replaced it with a genuine cable, ensuring that my device would function flawlessly moving forward. Professional & Reliable
I’m not a habitual screen-breaker so when I needed my Iphone 11 screen replaced, I didn’t really know the drill. After some searching I came across Pro iPhone Repair and saw all the amazing reviews. From the ease of which I was able to make my appointment, to dropping off my phone at the office, and picking it up when it was ready, I was amazed at the seamlessness of every step. I felt my phone/info was in safe hands and felt really comfortable the entire time. My screen replacement was impeccable. I hope I don’t break my screen again but it’s great knowing this company exists.

I have had my phones and iPad screen replaced at this location. I also had issues with the sensitivity of my touch screen and Jack was able to fix it! I made my appointment online and he was so nice, he held the phone for me to pick up whenever I wanted. I saved so much money and energy here compared to anywhere else!

Knowledgeable and professional. Had a legit setup/work station with all kinds of tools and gadgets he used to fix my phone, clean the borders and speakers and even disinfect it. This dude has been around since I can remember. I've probably been going to him for 10 years and he has fixed my cracked screens, my back cracked glass, my charging ports and replaced multiple batteries on multiple phones. He's my go-to for screen protectors and chargers and headphones too. The screen protectors he uses are the glass feeling ones not those cheap plastic ones. It's always a quick in-and-out with this due. Has a chill waiting area too.

Jack is the best. Made my appointment online and he took care of me super fast. He was honest and explained to me I didn’t need extra parts like other repair shops in the area were trying to add on. I told my friend to go there and he also had a great experience. Thanks again pro iPhone repair.
