Dont even consider them

Take it from a real customer who can share details....they are terrible, unprofessional, and do not respect their word. They stopped responding to begin with...and then came a series of lies. They dragged me for many months for a tiny job, and eventually blocked me when I threatened to file lawsuit, which I did, and guess what, they dont have an office!!

Full story

I want to share my full story and let the audience judge for themselves.I prepared a paper and submitted it to an SSCI journal. The paper received a major revision, with reviewers mainly asking for additional analysis. To avoid rejection, I found PublicationExperts through their Facebook page and reached out for assistance in revising the article. They charged me $495 for their revision services. Despite this, the paper was rejected.Hoping for better results, I decided to give them a second chance. This time, I asked if they could guarantee publication of my article in an SSCI journal within a specific timeframe. They assured me that they could meet this goal, with a full submission-to-publication timeframe of 8–12 weeks. They requested $1,195 for this service and insisted that I pay the entire amount upfront. I attempted to negotiate paying in installments, but they refused, assuring me that I would be entitled to a full refund if they failed to deliver as promised. After transferring the payment, I immediately sent them the transfer receipt, expecting the process to begin. However, they informed me they would not start until the payment cleared in their bank account—resulting in a week of wasted time. I was hoping for at least some kind of preparation during this period, such as a proposed timeline or the name of the SSCI journal they intended to target, but no such updates were provided. When the payment cleared, I was further disappointed to find that another week passed without any tangible progress. Despite their promise to start immediately upon receiving the funds, nothing substantial was done. When I pressed them for a timeline and the name of the promised SSCI journal, they initially apologized, blaming the holidays for the delay. They then provided a vague timeline of 3–4 weeks to review the manuscript, with no journal name. When I insisted on receiving the name of the SSCI journal they had promised would ensure fast review and publication, they suggested journals with review times exceeding 12 months—a far cry from the 8–12 weeks they had guaranteed. When I rejected these options, they responded with a list of non-SSCI journals, completely ignoring the core requirement for SSCI indexing that I had paid for.It became clear to me that they had taken my money and could not fulfill their commitments. I requested a refund, as they had initially promised I could get one in the event of issues from their side. Unfortunately, as I suspected, they refused to honor their refund policy. Instead, they continued making empty promises, claiming they could publish my paper within 8–12 weeks—yet they still have not provided a single journal name or concrete proof to support their claims. This entire experience has been frustrating and deeply disappointing. I feel misled and taken advantage of by a company that appears to lack both the capability and integrity to deliver on its promises. To anyone considering using PublicationExperts, I urge you to proceed with extreme caution. I have lost around $1700 in this process!
